Raye P.O.V
"Wake up." My dad gently shook me. "Come on, its your first day back." He chuckled walking over to the widows opening them. I covered my head with my sheets."Just five more minutes." I mumbled falling back asleep.
"You know Alexia would kill me." My dad sighed walking out of my room.
"If I have to wake up so do you." I herd my wicked twin Aiden say before I could call for help he sounded the bull horn. I quickly shot up covering my ears that felt like they were bleeding from the sound being so close. When he finally stop he spoke again. "Rise in shine princess Raye." He bowed while I glared at him.
"Get out stupid." I said trowing my pillow at him which he caught single handed.
"Well someone needs training." Aiden said trowing the pillow directly hiting my face. As the pillow fell I saw red but it quickly faded at the presence of my mom.
"Raye." She smiled sweetly. "Why aren't you getting ready for school?" She asked. Aiden stood next to mom with a smirk.
"Yeah Raye." He commented. My mom smacked him in the back of his head glaring at him. He hissed glaring at me as if it was my fault.
"Next time you decide to use a bull horn think about me beating your ass." My mom said walking back to her room down the hall. "Get ready Raye." She yelled before closing her room door.
My mother was truly scary when she wanted to be. Which was either during training or when she was rudely interrupted from her sleep. Aiden left to go do whatever he does early in the morning. Summer has sadly ended today is the start of junior year. Stupid school ruining all of my sleep party repeat schedule. I threw some clothes on my bed before going to start the shower. My phone started to ring a smile escaping when my best friend's name was displayed across the screen.
"Morning." I said.
"Let me guess.. Aiden." He guessed.
"When isn't it Aiden?" I sighed causing him to laugh.
"You have school today right?" He asked.
"Yeah fist day back. You're so lucky your mom still home schools you." I pouted missing the old days of being schooled at home.
"Oh please Raye. I would kill to go to regular school. I only have two more years left of school."
"Breakfast is ready." I heard my uncle Justin yell.
"Gotta go." He sighed.
"I'll come by later. Bye Vince." I said quickly knowing how my uncle gets when he takes to long.
"Bye." He said before hanging up. Vince is my cousin. Turns out he is super powerful like my mom. My uncle Justin passed down the genes since he's my mother's twin. It supposedly 'skip' him. Aiden and I also have a few extra abilities as my mom likes to call them. There's this weird thing we all can do. We can see things even if we aren't looking. It's like we can locate where people and things are. We can also get into people's mind and read there thoughts or control what they think. Plus we shifted at 14 instead of 16. Usually when you have extra abilities you shift later but Aiden Vince and I shifted early and on the same day. Which is strange but no one seems shocked about it.
"Raye. Shower. Now." My dad said walking past my room drawing me out of my thoughts. Oh yeah school.
Aiden P.O.V
I ran my hand through my hair trying to get it to look better. Nothing worked for these stupid curls. I should cut it but I knew my mom would kill me. They were getting longer and longer everyday. I only got my dark blue eyes from my dad with a few facial features. My brown wavy hair came from my mom. Raye was blessed with my dad's hair and my mom's brown eyes. I was going to put moose on it but a knock stopped me. My door was wide open and Raye stood smirking.
