Chapter 3: Okay we'll work together

Awesome way of greeting aye? aha

Anyway I have a feeling this Fan fic will go for quite a few chapters, maybe just as many as my NaLu or a bit more or a bit less BUT I enjoy writing this and I mean enjoy, just thinking ideas for this Fan Fic gets me all fired up!! (see what I did there)

Oh and fair warning When I switch Point's of views between Gajeel and Levy, it can be completely OUT OF THE BLUE :P

Gajeel's POV

"Purrrr"
I groan. I don't want to wake up another morning, knowing I have to go to school but Panther-Lily says other wise because he keeps head butting me in the arm.
"Alright, alright i'll get you food...geez" I groan again
"He just loves you" My Mum said
"One of the only few that do" I said softly
I looked at mum and she had a soft and kind look on her face but she seemed sad.
"You okay?" I ask
"Yes dear i'm fine" she paused "you know if you acted more like this at school, you might have more friends" she sighed
"Already tried that" I faked smiled "Besides everyone judges me on my looks...as the big scary bad guy" I smirked
It was silent for a minute but she spoke up
"Just don't...get into any trouble okay and please try to enjoy your day" she said walking up to me and stroking my long black hair
"Yeah, whatever" I say bluntly

As I get ready for school, putting on my shirt, dark blue pants and blue tie. I hate ties, they are so pointless. I got my motorbike and helmet and rode off to Mongolia park. When I got there my two, lets say friends, Freinds were already there, Tank Freeman and Nigel Steelix (i'm getting pretty good at making up names aha)
"Aye Gajeel, took ya long enough" Nigel huffed, puffing out some smoke from his cigarette
I don't smoke but they do and i don't plan on smoking.
"Quit your complaining" I said blunty
"Don't tell me you're going to school" Tank chuckled
"Have to, otherwise i'll be stuck there another year and it's already hell" I replied
"Tch, Principal finally thretened ya, aye?" Nigel smirked
but I just shrugged even though it was the truth, well kind of mum convinced me also. I looked at the time on my watch and cursed
"I have to get to school"
"Yeah better hurry, don't want to get a detention" Tank chuckled
"Very funny" I answered sarcastically
They just laughed in a cold hearted way and I leaped onto my bike, starting the engine and rode off in the direction of the school. As I was driving, I saw Levy, here name sounds weird to me when I say it, and some other girl walking to school again, well I havn't seen the other girl before. I was thinking of bugging the shrimp again but I wasn't in the mood, even though she is the only thing that kept school interesting for these past two days. So I just drove past regretting the day ahead.


Levy POV

"So how have your friends been?" I ask Fiona
"Eh?...oh good" she smiled "They have changed a bit, but it was nice catching up with them and all"
"Well that's nice" I smiled softly
"How about you Levy? You didn't get to see Lucy very often" she asked
"Oh she is great, Natsu finally asked her out" I grinned
"So the dense idiot finally got the guts" she giggled
I nodded and a motorbike drove past. Hmm, must me Gajeel
"We are gonna have to put up with those motorbikes aren't we" Fiona sighed
"seems like it"

I walked into the school gates and was imediately greeted by Jet and Droy
"Hey, Levy-chan" Droy said cheerfully
"Hey Jet, Droy" I say smiling slightly
"Heard you got stuck with the metal head for science yesterday" Jet said seriously
"Eh? oh yes but don't worry I think I can handle him" I said reassuringly
"Levy, he is dangerous, I still can't belive they still allow him in the school" Jet said coldly
"Whoa, Jet, calm down, i'll be fine and he wouldn't hurt anyone in a big crowed such as science class"
Then the bell went and I was about to leave
"I have to go-" I started to say
"Levy just listen! he's dangerous and I just want you to be careful" He said grabbing my sholders softly
"I know Jet and if he gives me any trouble I'll call you for help kay" I smiled
He just nodded and I started to walk to my locker

When I got to my locker people were already walking into their designated class rooms
"Oh no, i'm going to be late" I said to no one in particular
I quickly checked my timetable and I had Art, and Metal work, I actually didn't have metal work for a subject but because of the task in science my history lesson was removed for today so i could do metal work. I also had science after recess. Great, I just realised I have to do this project with Gajeel, two days in a row! Tuesday and Wednesday, perfect! It's a good thing it's only for three weeks but...I sighed, this was going to be difficult.
I ran into Art just in time and i sat at a table and began to listen. we weren't really doing anything today, the teacher was just explaining the different techniques and art styles we are going to learn this year. But the bright side was Natsu was in this class but he was beaing a bit impatient because there apparently wasn't enough action going on in this class, in other words he just wanted to get on with it and out of here
"Natsu could you stop tapping the desk" I said annoyed
"But it's boring" He whined
"We only have 5 minutes left so chill" I said rolling my eyes
it was quiet for a bit longer but I thought I should as Natsu something
"Hey Natsu" I whispered
"Hm, yeah" he mumbled
"How did you ask out Lucy?" I said trying to hide a smile
Suddenly he went red in the cheeks and chuckled quietly.
"Well...that's interesting for you to ask" he said still blushing
"Come on, tell me" I said batting my eyelashes dramatically
"Is Lucy starting to rub off on you" He said eying me
"Maybe" I said smugly
He laughed
"Okay...I asked her if we could go to the park before school starts, at first she said no because i was with her all summer but she eventually gave in" he paused and took a deep breath "after we had a walk in the park and had lunch...I kind of...uh, well kissed her" He said rubbing the back of his head
"wait? why so suddenly?" I ask
"Well I was looking at her and she was...she looked like an angel, the way the sun was reflecting on her hair and I unconsiously got closer and...I guess you could call it a natual reflex" he chuckled
"What did she do?"
Then the bell rang
"I'll tell you some other time, I now have math with that stripper" He said with a fire like aura around him
"Haha, just don't go burning the classroom down with matches you so happen to find again, okay?" I said eying him
"yeah, yeah...see you Levy" he said exiting the Art room
"Bye" I sighed whilst getting my books
Once I collected all of my books I slowly walked my way to Metal work but I didn't nessercarily want to be late. When i got there I was instantly greeted by Juvia.
"Hello Levy!" She said smiling
Juvia smiling is probably one of the warmest things you can come across, although she may seem all gloomy and a rainy aura seems to surround her but ever since she met Gray she has smiled and it's wonderful
"Hey Juvia. Where's Gray?" I ask with a smile
"Ah...Juvia doesn't know where Gray-sama is but Juvia got here rather early" she said blushing
"haha Okay, just wondering" I said laughing at her reaction
"So Juvia was wondering if it's a good idea to ask Gray-sama to go out together this weekend?" Juvia said nervously
"Well I don't see why not" I said with a knowing grin
She blushed
"Juvia means Just as freinds because...Juvia doesn't want to make it awkward for Gray-sama" she sighed
"Well do whatever you think is right" I said patting my hand on her shoulder, stretching my arm a bit.
"whatever juvia thinks is right?" she questioned herself
"Hey Levy...Hey Juvia" I suddenly heard Gray say who just so happen to be standing next to us.
"Hey Gray" I say looking up at him
"Hello Gray-sama" Juvia says nervously with a smile
"Whens the teach coming in" he said in a mono tone
"Soon" I simply said
He sighed
"Well lets go get a seat before he gets in" he said gesturing to Juvia
"Hai" (yes) she said with a big smile and slightly pick cheeks
I looked back to Gray and I couldn't believe my eyes, he was blushing! Just the tiniest bit but he is well and truly blushing whilst looking at Juvia, must be her smile. I smirk at Gray and he noticed going a bit more red
"Gray" I said smirking
"W-what?" he stuttered
"Clothes" I giggled
"WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN!!" he looked down and yelled to no one inparticular
"Uh Gray-sama, Juvia has your clothes" Juvia said fauning over the sight whilst looking a bit confused on how she got the clothes because I am also confused.
Gray qucikly grabbed the clothes and changed back into them at the speed of light, well not that fast.
I then heard the doors open behind me and a slight grunt
"What do you want metal head?" I heard Gray growl
"I'm in this class ice freak" he huffs
that's when i turn around and see Gajeel, looks my day can't get any better can it?
"Class get into your seats" Mr, Heathem yelled (just making it up...just amking it up) 
We all sat down with our partners and Gajeel and I was seated at the back
"Now half of you are here because of an assignment delivered my Mrs. Feathers. Am I correct?" he asked
Most of us simply nodded
"well get on with it, you don't want to fail science now do ya?" he smirked but he seemed to be looking my way but he was clearly looking at Gajeel but he simply grunted
"Well chop, chop" he said clapping his hands
That's when the room was full of chatter, some were simply gossiping but others were actually thinking ideas for their work and here I am sitting in silence; with this stubborn, good for nothing-
"Well Shrimp are we gonna do this thing or not" he said gruffly
I paused, not knowing what to say
"So i'm not going to be the only one doing the work" I said not giving eye contact
"Well I don't want to fail this class and I honestly don't think you could do well in molding metal's" he smirked
I pouted softly, not wanting him to see. I guess he only see's me as weak...so that must be it! he didn't attack me because i'm not worth it; well I hope that's the case but it's still pretty upsetting.
"Well...got any ideas?" I said softly
"well I figured you would do the smart stuff and I would do the physical..." he simply said
"Seems fair to me" I shrugged
"Now we're working together" he smirked
So much for long year! this is going to be a long three weeks!

YAY sorry it took sooooo long aha

Summer holidays start for me in 3 weeks...well two now or is it two and a half?

Anyway, I hope you liked it and guess what adventures may lie ahead for these two love birds...well not quite love birds but you get the deak :p

Yes I made panther-lily an actual cat but hey Adorableness just went sky high
