Normal POV

Lily Valentine was a fourteen year old girl, light purple hair and green eyes. She was averaged height and loved by many. She always had a smile on her face and she was plain out lovely, every guy wanted to be with her but she simply had no interest and she was currently taken.

She also had a normal life; normal parents and she was an only child.

It was near summer vaction, there was a month to go and everybody was already excited and Lily was more than excited because when school ends it was her and her boyfriends one year anniversary and she couldn't wait to see what was in store.

School for the Wednesday finally ended and Lily was on her way home. She walked you see but it was a rather long walk but I guess thats what you get when your family doesn't own a car. Lily was a very observant girl and no matter how many times she walks her route she always examines her surroundings but nothing was new, nothing was ever new that is until she passed a local ally.

Lily suddenly heard a bunch of loud noises and with her just being plain damn curious she peeked through the Ally to find three boys ganging up on a tall and slightly lanky kid, around about her age.

"Hey!" Lily yelled, grabbing all of the guys attention

"What do you want girly?" one of the boys growled

"Well I would ask you the same thing, you are beating up this boy." She retorted

"Simon deal with her." the same boy called out

Lily swallowed her saliva and stepped forward a bit, dropping her school bag.

"Bring it." Lily smirked, mocking the tall bluenette Simon

Simon stood there in shock and the tall lanky boy who had long black hair couldn't beleive his ears.

"Are you crazy? He'll kill you." The tall boy yelled

"Shut it punk!" the leader yelled punching him in the stomach.

Suddenly Simon ran forward and threw a punch at Lily but she ducked to the ground swinging her leg to trip simon and she did successfully. suddenly the blond boy ran forward and did a round house kick, Lily tred to block it with her arm and she did but a bruise formed straight away, she winced but ran forward punching him in the face and she smirked, she was slightly taller than him and then she kicked him in the balls.

"Arrrrgh, Shit!" He groaned in agonising pain

"Ugh let me take care of this..." The leader growled

The leader slowly advanced to Lily, his Black hair blending into the shadows he suddenly pulled out a knife and Lily flinched ducking from his attempt to stab her and a 'shing' could be heard and as soon as she ducked he tried to stab her in the head but she rolled over and kicked his shin, causing him to hiss. She quickly got up but was surprised when the tall dark haried boy punched the leader in the back, grabbing her arm, her bag and bolting out of the ally.

She hasn't seen his face yet and she was having trouble keeping up because he had such long legs and he was fast.

After about two minutes of running they came to a stop and their breaths were ragged; there was a pause of silence but it didn't last very long when the tall boy; who Lily recalled being called Gajeel, started to walk away.
