Chapter 5: PE? more like war

Levy's POV

I walked into the school gates with Fiona and we both walked our seperate ways. I headed towards my locker and checked my timetable and this morning I have PE and English. I'm not the best at sports but I am pretty athletic, I just have to get changed into my blue and white t-shirt and black shorts because believe me, running around in a skirt is probably the most awkward thing ever; well maybe not the most awkward but you get the idea. I walked over to the girls change rooms, just outside the gym and all the other girls were already in here. Lucy, Mirajane, Lisanna, Erza, Cana, Bree and Misaka! I forgot those two are in this class, it's the first week of school and they have already quarrled about me, well kind of, if you call talking behind my back quarrling.
"Ah Levy you're in this class too" Mirajane said sweetly, whilet pulling her shirt over her head and onto her body
"Yeah" I said placing my change of clothes on the counter
"Hopefully the boys won't be as rough in PE this year like they were last year" Lucy sighed, smiling
"but it's more fun that way" Mira giggled, already dressed
"I'll beat any of them to a pulp" Erza said bluntly
All of us laughed, well except Bree and Misaka but I honestly don't think they're listening.

I started to get changed and as soon as I was done I put my skirt, shirt, socks and shoes on the counter. I put on my sneakers just before running out of the change rooms and into the gym. I accidnetly bumped into someone along the way and imediately said
"Sorry, wasn't looking where I was going" 
"what you gonna call me and inconsiderate jerk now" I heard a smug, yet deep voice say
I looked up and it was Gajeel! I stared at him curiously. I honestly had no idea what he was talking about, then I remembered
"Oh I called you that on the first-" I paused and laughed awkwardly "my bad" 
"you're pretty clumsy ya know that" 
"well that's true" 
He didn't reply after that, he just stared at me, it was kind of disturbing but I figured he doesn't talk to a lot of people like this
"All right listen up" Mrs Hensworth Yelled, she is the PE teacher "Seeing how this is the first lesson of PE for most of you, i'm gonna give you a treat" she smirked
We were all listening intently and she made a dramatic pause
"Dodge ball" 
(I KNOW IT'S CLICHÉ BUT COME ON...it's dodgeball hahaha)
There were multiable cheers but I for one, do not enjoy dodge ball, last time I was hit in the head and I had a massive headache for the rest of the day
"I'm all fired up!" Natsu yelled with a fist in the air
"I'm going to win this thing" Gray smirked
"eh what was that, stripper" Natsu countered
"i'm gonna win, got a problem flame brain?" Gray said getting into Natsu's face
"Oh I do, considering i'm gonna be the one to win" Natsu growled, smirking
"Gray-" Lisanna sweatdropped "Clothes"
"What in the hell!!" he said running around, trying to find his clothes
"Enough Lolligagging" Mrs, Hensworth yelled "I shall pick two team captains...Erza and Natsu" 
"Ohoho, I get to face Erza, now i'm really fired up" Natsu grinned
"Okay Erza you pick first" Mrs. Hensworth announced
"Gray" 
Gray smirked and walked over to her team, now it was Natsu's turn
"Lucy" 
"All right" she giggled

It was soon decided, there was a bit of arguing with Natsu and Erza but we were all sorted into our teams.
Erza's team had Gray, Lisanna, Gajeel, Bree, Droy and Cana
and Natsu's team had Lucy, Misaka, Jet, Mirajane, Ray (made him up) and me
"Now when the whistle blows you know what to do just don't get to rough" she laughed
I swallowed nervously
"Good luck Levy-Chan" Lucy said smiling down at me
"You too Lu-chan" I replied
Suddenly the whistle blew and the first two people to grab the balls were Natsu and Erza, typical.
Natsu imediately threw it at Gray but he dodged it easy, Erza threw the ball in my direct but I ducked because she threw it a little too high
"Damn it Levy" Erza yelled
"Ehe" I said standing up trying to avoid everyone's movements
Lisanna got a hold of the ball and she threw it at Lucy but Lucy catched it, almost falling over
"Sorry Lisanna" Lucy laughed
"Aha no problem" she said sitting at the side
Natsu got hold of the ball again and threw it at Gray again and it almost hit him but Erza intercepted it with the other ball
"Oi" Natsu yelled
"Levy-chan ball!" Lucy yelled
A ball rolled at my feet and I picked it up, slightly moving out of everyone's way, I had to decide quick, I threw it at the closest person to me and that just so happened to be Bree, I hit her in the stomache and she fell to the ground and glared at me. Gray then quickly walked up to her and helped her up, probably thinking nothing of it but she leaned forward a bit and showed off her more developed area but he just went straight back into the game, she pouted and went to sit next to Lisanna. 
Suddenly out of no where Erza threw a ball, just missing my head, it hit Natsu instead and he went into K.O.
"N-Natsu" Lucy stuttered in shock
Lucy was then hit by Cana who was obviously drunk, you see she's 19 but she got put down a grade so she is in legal age. Misaka soon got Droy out with ease and she waved over at Bree, seriously? Jet then got the ball that rebounded off Droy and thew it at Cana, who was hit in the legs and she stumbled over on impact but it somehow rebounded off her legs and hit Mirajane, who was just standing in one spot the whole time!
So now only Jet, Misaka, Ray and I were on Team Natsu.
Gray, Gajeel and Erza were the only ones left on well....team Erza
Oh we are most definitely going to lose now, Misaka isn't sporty at all, Ray was a slacker but rather athletic and Jet was agile, in fact he wins all the running carnivals but his speed would be no match to a ball being pelted into his face! Then there's me, i'm like a middle schooler compared to everyone on the field, I wasn't strong, I wasn't fast but because of my small size I can dodge rather well with high and speedy balls.
"Heh looks like Flame brain is out" Gray chuckled
"i'll focus on Erza and Gajeel, Ray you focus on gray and Levy and Misaka focus on catching their throws" Jet said, trying to think up a plan
"H-Hai" I said quickly
"Who asked you" Misaka growled
"Easy" Ray said bluntly
As if on cue, Gray threw a ball in my direction but Jet ran infront of me and caught the ball, so much for Ray covering Jet
"Thanks a lot Jet" Ray chuckled
"Sorry, Focus on Erza now" he said throwing the ball at Gajeel
Gajeel seemed to be smirking now, he picked up the ball and tried to throw it at Jet but Jet skidded across the ground. Erza tried to throw the ball at me but I jumped up because it was a low ball. I picked up the ball instantly and passed it to Ray and he threw it at Erza, but she caught it with ease; therefore making him out. Now it was just Jet, Misaka and I VS Gajeel and Erza

Gajeel POV

Heh, this has probably gotta be the most interesting thing that has happened this week. That Jet guy, Shrimp and some other chick VS the Student council president and me.
"Kick the metal head's ass for me would ya!" 
"Show them who's boss Misaka-chan" said some other girl
"Levy-chan be careful and goodluck" the Bunny girl yelled 
"Let's get on with it, come on" Mrs. Hensworth yelled getting impaitient
The president then threw the ball at Jet, he tried to catch it but hesitaited, moving out of the way. The Shrimp then grabbed the ball and threw it to Jet and he instantly threw it at Erza but again, she caught it.
Jet cursed
"Aye, Jet language" Mrs. Hensworth yelled
"Yeah, yeah"
The president threw the ball again and she threw at the chick with Grey hair (that's Misaka's hair colour) but the Shrimp got in the way
"Oh dear" I heard the white haired girl...Mirajane I think it was, gasp
"WHOO, GO LEVY" the flaming idiot yelled
Ha, the Shrimp actually caught it but she was pushed back a few meters on impact and she stumbled a bit
"Who were you trying to kill!" The shrimp yelled
"Sorry, can't control my own strength" the President chuckled

Levy POV

I can't believe it I caught the ball but now my hands hurt, even though it's a soft ball; Erza throws the ball pretty hard and I got pushed back across the ground a few meters on impact
"Who were you trying to kill!" I yelled looking at the ball in shock
"Sorry, can't control my own strength" she chuckled
Erza walked off the field and Gajeel had the other ball. I walked backwards a bit, getting ready to throw my ball but something tripped me and I fell backwards, landing on my tailbone, usuing my hands to soften the impact
"Ow" I said softly
"Oh sorry, didn't see you there" she chuckled
Is she serious!
BAM!
well that escalated quickly, Misaka was hit in the head and she sqealed on impact, landing on the ground. I got up slowly and my right knee started to hurt a bit because I fell over yesterday
"Whoops, guess the shrimp was too small" Gajeel chuckled
Wait was he aiming for me but I was sitting down? I then saw a slight smirk on his face; he finds this funny? Well the look on her face is pretty priceless
"Okay Levy VS Gajeel who will wi-" the teacher said but getting interupted by the bell "Well looks like it's a tie" 
"WHAT!" Natsu and Gray yelled
"Gray clothes" Cana said bluntly
And with that Gray ran to the boys change rooms, I sighed and Lucy almost death hugged me
"Levy you were amazing!" she said with joy
"Thanks Lu-chan" I said scratching the back of my head
"Oh is your knee okay" she suddenly said
"Huh? oh yes, I did that yesterday, ya know clumsy little ole me" I chuckled
"Haha okay but you did quite the hit" she said smiling
"Oho, Levy nice catch!" Natsu yelled putting his arm around Lucy who blushed
"Thanks...well i'm gonna go get changed so, see you guys in class" I said walking my way to the change rooms
When I entered the changerooms Mirajane was already changed. How does she do that? Erza was already changed too, Lucy wasn't here yet and Cana passed out.
"Wow that was fast" I exclaimed
"Well I did get here before you" Mira smiled sweetly 
I shrugged and headed to where I placed my clothes but they weren't there
"Uh hey guys, where's my uniform?" I asked 
"Huh, what do you mean Levy?" Lisanna asked whilst changing
"my clothes, I put them right here before class" I said looking under the counter
"Levy-chan!" I suddenly heard Lucy yell "Are these yours" 
"What?" I said confused
I then walked over to the showers and my uniform was soaked in water
"Wh- Who?" I said gasping
Then I heard lauging, I turned around and I saw Bree and Misaka giggling
"Did you two do this?" Lucy Growled
"What if we did" Bree said walking up to us, obviousy changed
"If you did I could make some arrangements" Erza said cracking her knuckles
Bree flinched. By the way Erza is the strongest female throughout the school and she is the student council president, she is feared by many but she is extremely beautiful so she is known as Titania.
"W-what are you gonna do give me detention" she laughed nervously
"Maybe" she growled
"Guys don't worry about, I can just wear this for the rest of the day" I said trying to stop the fight that was brewing
"But Levy-chan" Lucy said looking at me
"It's fine, I don't you guys to cause any trouble just for me but thanks anyway" I said politely as possible
"Are you sure" Erza said sadly
"Yeah and besides...they're not worth it" I smiled grabbing my wet uniform and putting it in a plastic bag
I heard a few death threats but I had to get out of there, I walked out into the hall and half the boys were already exiting the change rooms across the hall; I sighed.
"Oi Levy why aren't you changed?" Jet suddenly asked me
I hid my wet clothes behind my back and smiled
"Uh...nothing inparticualar...nothing you should worry about and besides I sorted it out" 
"Uh okay but you might get in trouble for staying in that" He pointed out
"I know but I should be fine" I said waving him off
"Okay see you at lunch" 
I sighed and lifted up my wet clothes, that were now dripping water out of the bag
"I should probably get another bag" I said to my self
"what the hell?" I suddenly heard a gruff voice say
I turned around and I saw Gajeel
"Why do I keep on bumping into you at the wrong times" I blurted out
"you tell me" he said bluntly "and what's with that?" 
"What?"
"You and what's his face, you were obviously lying" he growled
I sighed
"A couple of girls just threw my clothes in the shower, it's not something to cry over" 
And why did I admit that to him? I do not know
"You mean the big breasted bimbos that were talking crap about you in class?" He said probably referring to Bree and Misaka
Wait what does he mean? Well yesterday in Metal work they were...wait he heard that!
"You heard that?" I said softly
"they're pretty loud" 
I smiled
"thanks for caring but I have delt with stuff like this before"
"Who said I cared?" he replied defensively 
I stared at him for a moment, Gajeel get's pretty defensive huh? 
"Hey get away from Levy" I heard Jet and Droy say
"huh?" I said in confusion
"Levy are you okay, did he hurt you" Jet said grabbing my shoulders
"Jet...i'm fine and we were just talking, chill" I said patting his arm away "i'm going to go to the office to get a note" I said walking away from Jet and Droy stopping beside Gajeel
"Talk to you later, Ne?" I smiled

Gajeel POV

"Hey get away from Levy" I heard two guys yell out
"huh?" 
"Levy are you okay, did he hurt you?" Jet said grabbing her shoulders
"Jet...i'm fine and we were just talking, chill" Shrimp said patting his arms away whilst walking away from them "i'm going to go to the office to get a note"
she suddenly stopped walking when she got beside me
"Talk to you later, Ne?" she smiled brightly
Wait? what?
"What did you do to her?" I heard Fishtail whisper so she couldn't hear
"Nothing? now get lost, I have a class to get to" I said walking in the oppisite direction from the shrimp
"Yankee" he growled
I smirked, putting my hands in my pockets

When I turned the corner of the corridoor I leaned against the wall, putting my hand through my hair
"Talk to you later she says" I scoffed
but I couldn't help but smile...something is wrong her but is it wrong that I really want to talk to her again?

Anywho, here's chapter 5, that went longer than expected.

I wanted to write more in this chapter but I though NAH i'll let you suffer for a bit
