I looked up and what I saw not only shocked me but as soon as he looked down at us, he stood there frozen.
"Sh-Shrimp" was all he could muster out
"G-Gajeel" I whimpered in shock
He couldn't say anything else, I couldn't tell if he was angry, annoyed or just in pure shock
"What's going on?" he asked his mum trying to keep his voice low
"She was chased down the street dear, two men on motorbikes and I think they are still outside" she explained still rubbing my back
Gajeel slowly walked to the front door peering through the window next to it and cursed
"What the hell are they doing here!?" he growled making me flinch
"W-who is it?" I managed to stutter
He sighed and looked at me and his mum
"It's Nigel and Tank, the so called gang I hang out with"
I gasped but quickly shut my mouth, swallowing my own saliva
suddenly I was grabbed by the shoulders not to roughly though
"Now child, have you done anything, anything at all that could have angered them?" Gajeel's mum asked staring me in the eyes
"N-not that I'm aware of, I go to school I come home from school and go home" I replied not understanding why they are after me
"Well I don't think they know it's my house you ran into" Gajeel commented "so I can try to get some information out of them...these two need to get their shit together" he growled
His mum nodded and I stayed quiet and I'm guessing his mum didn't like the silence so she just smiled down at me and have me her hand to help me up
"Well how about we call your parents...they must be worried sick and we will try to find out why these men are after you" she said sweetly
Is she really Gajeel's mother?
"Thank you...miss" I replied grabbing her hand and standing up, still wobbly in the legs.
she then escorted me to the kitchen and Gajeel slowly followed, but I wasn't really paying attention.

Why is this happening?

How did I get into Gajeels house?

Why Gajeels of all places!

"Shrimp!" Gajeel yelled slightly waving his hand in my face
"Uh what?" I replied startled
"Do you have your phone?" he asked
I shook my head
"Well here's the home phone dear" his mum replied quickly "I just need to have a talk with my son here okay and just call out of you need anything" she said sweetly
"O-Okay"

Gajeels POV

"O-Okay" levy stuttered already dialling the number
That's when mum dragged me out if the kitchen causing me to stumble and as soon as we were out of Levy's sight she pulled me down so I was at her eye level
"Gajeel honey" she started roughly but calmed down "Who is this girl?"
I swallowed
"It's Levy, she's my science partner and don't even bother asking me, I have no idea why they are after her and I have no intention of hurting her" I sighed in frustraition, standing up straight
I then noticed she looked at me weird but sighed also
"Well we have to see what her parents say because this is getting out of hand"
"I know I know" I growled lowly gripping my hair slightly

Me and mum stayed silent for a while but because of this we could hear Levy's side of the conversation and she was whimpering slightly

"Mum don't worry i'm with a friend" ... "no it's not Lucy's" ... "It's not Jet or Droys either" ... "It is a boys but don't worry he and his mother will keep me safe" ... "I don't think thats a good idea...those guys would target you for whatever they are tageting me for" ... "Just stay with Fiona, I don't want her to worry to much"... "I love you too"
