People always tell me to be myself
Don't hide the real you but...
When I'm the real me I get hated and feel so discouraged
Yet... I sit and watch and know people who hide their real selves and get praised for it...
What do you think that teaches me in the long run huh?
It teaches me to hate who I am and be what everyone else wants
Feel what everyone wants
Think what everyone wants
To be part of this machine.
For I am not allowed to be human.
