How do you know if you are truly in love?
Do you just wake up one day with the realization " Oh! I'm in love with this person!" like some Disney movie?
Or do you just slowly learn to love that person because you don't want to feel alone...?
How do you know... That it is not simply an infatuation with this human because you just spend time with them and you have a bit in common?
You see that's where my mind gets confused... Research says if you like them for more than four months you're in love... But what is love? How do you know that's how you know?
What decides that you are in love with someone? And what makes it so hard to fall out of love with someone when you don't even truly know what love is?
I think love is when you realize they make you better and life isn't in color without them... But that's just me.
