A few days later, I woke up to the sun. Time to go outside! I jumped out of bed and skipped down to the kitchen, humming the lovely song, 'In the mood'.

"WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT RUNNIN' IN THE HOUSE KIRKE?" Mrs Macready shrieked. from the top of the stairs

"I'm not running, I am simply skipping," I explained sarcastically, reaching the bottom of the stairs. "You're an old woman you should know the difference between them!" I yelled back and continued to skip along, humming. Once I entered the dinning room, all the Pevensie's were eating there breakfast. I sat down next to Lucy and glared at Edmund, who was sitting across from me. While devouring my porridge, I thought about how Edmund had betrayed Lucy the other night.

Lucy told me Edmund had refused that he had ever come to Narnia and told that it was all make believe. When she had told me this, I ran up to him shouting in his face before I him slapped in the across the face after he called Lucy 'A crazy monster.' Yes I did slap in the face, but so what he deserved it. After all the teasing and rude comments he's said to Lucy, he needed a lesson. And after that we hadn't said a word to each other. Other than the odd 'hello' but that was it, nothing else.

"We should go outside today," I suggested. They all nodded in agreement.

"Why don't we play cricket?" Peter recommended.

"Sounds like fun, let's play," Susan concurred.

I watched as Edmund got hit in the thigh by the cricket ball. I laughed at his dramatic response.

"Haha, woops. Wake up dolly daydream," Peter snickered. Serves him right

"Why can't we play hide n' seek again?" Edmund asked.

"Are you serious?! I thought you said that was a children's game?" I mocked. This resulted in Edmund to look at me with an angry face. I erupted into a fit of giggles, and he continued to glare!

"Besides, we could all use the fresh air," Susan said.

"It's not like there isn't any air inside," Edmund snapped curtly.

"Are you ready?" Peter yelled.

"Are you?" Edmund howled back, hitting the bat on the ground firmly. Peter ran up, releasing the ball, Edmund smacked it powerfully. He hit it that hard that it flew in the air, breaking one of the glass windows in the house. Everyone stopped to look at the damage he had just done with open mouths. Suddenly we all broke out into a sprint back to the manor.

"You've down It now Ed," I taunted, running beside Edmund. Mrs Macready is going to kill him!

We ran into the room where the ball had landed and stood between Peter and Edmund. I saw one of the armored statues had fallen over, the head lying on the floor, dethatched from its body.

"Well done Ed!" Peter groaned, irritated.

"You balled it!" Edmund fought back. Does he really think that him balling it is the reason why he hit it through the window? But then again, it wasn't really Ed's fault. It was no ones fault. Just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

"What on earth is going on up there?" We heard Mrs Macready shouting from the other room.

"Oh crap, the Macready!" I panicked.

"C'mon!" Peter yelled anxiously to us. Suddenly, Edmund grabbed my hand and dragged me from in front. I felt electric surges in my stomach causing me to smile as Edmund guided me. Why did Edmund grab my hand? I thought we weren't really friends?
