“Everyone please sit down in your seats,” The judge ordered and I sat down with my lawyer and Alex and his friend Rian beside us on a different table. I sat straight and dressed smart for the occasion but as for Alex…jeans and a strange flying pig t-shirt. “So today I’m hearing about the divorcing of Katherine Rebecca Gaskarth and Alexander William Gaskarth,” he said and I winced at the full name but with a different last name to my maiden name Grey.

“Yes your honour,” Alex said.

“You have been married for a few days, am I correct?” the judge asked.

“Yes your honour,” I said.

“Why do you both want to get divorced?” he asked.

“Because we met in Vegas-“

“And we got drunk and we got married-“

“But we don’t know each other and hate each other and we just want to get this divorce over and done with,” Alex finished and I nodded my head finally agreeing on something.

“No.” the judge said.

“What?” I asked confused.

“I’m not going to do that. You have to be at least 6 months married to get divorced (A/N this is made up) I will set up for marriage classes,” he said.

“What! I can’t do that because I’m going on tour tomorrow,” Alex stood up but the judge glared at him and sat back down.

“Well you can do Skype via classes. Katherine you will go with him on tour.”

“Excuse me your honour but I don’t want to travel in a grotty, disgusting bus around the world.” I said.

“Our tour bus is really clean since I clean it every two days.” Rian stood up and spoke to me and sat back down as I rolled my eyes at him.

“It’s final that you both are going to be together and then once the tour has happened you can get divorced. Have a happy future Mr and Mrs Gaskarth. Case closed.”  The judge slammed his gavel and we got up from our chairs and I bolted straight out the court house and screamed in anger. Why can’t we get divorced now and now we have to wait after 6 fucking months until we can get divorced and I have to travel with him around the world. Amelia ran out and stood in front of me.

“I can’t believe the judge actually did that,” Amelia said and I laughed dryly nodding my head.

“My days keep getting better and better by the minute,” I muttered.

“It’s a shame now we are going to be touring with each other,” Alex said.

“Ditto,” I said.

“Well I fully introduce myself since we are going to be seeing a lot of each other,” Rian said taking out his hand and beside him was a really hot guy with a sleeve of tattoos and muscly arms. “I’m Rian the drummer out of All Time Low and this is Zack the bassist in the band too.”

“It’s nice to meet you guys,” I said shaking their hands.

“So…what are we going to do now?” Alex asked and I shrugged my shoulders.

“You could get your stuff ready and stay over at Alex’s?” Amelia asked as Alex and I looked at her like she was an alien.

“Are you stupid? I am not going to be staying in his house its bad enough I’ll be sharing a tour bus with him,” I said.

“Actually that’s a really good idea and I was speaking to the lady that will help you ‘sort’ your guys’ marriages and she said to sleep in same bed so you guys will be sleeping in the same bunk.” Jack interrupted us.

“You got to be fucking joking me.” Alex said.

“This is actually so stupid but we have to go through it.” I said and he nodded his head. We left everyone and Alex drove me to the hospital and he insisted to go but I decline his offer. I got out his car and I walked into the hospital and counting the steps once again and saw my grandma to say goodbye. As I spoke to her someone knocked on the door and I watched it opened to see Alex smiling at my grandma.

“Sorry Katie I wondered where you are and the receptionist told me that you were here. Hello I’m Alex Gaskarth, Katie’s husband,” he emphasised husband and he smirked at me as I rolled my eyes.

“Grandma don’t shake his hand because he will take you into his stupid world of his and you will never come back to the real world,” I said quickly and Grandma chuckled and shook his head. I told you Grandma and you disobeyed me.

“Oh Katherine stop being mean and I heard about the day and you guys are going on tour right?” Grandma asked and we both nodded our heads. “Alright Alex keep her safe I don’t want her to start doing last time she left the States,” Grandma said and I winced at the horrible memory.

“Grandma you didn’t need to say that.” I said.

“I needed to because I want Alex to protect you. Please do so.” Grandma looked at Alex serious as Alex nods his head and smiled hugging her. We all said goodbye and Alex and I walked down the hall outside the hospital.

“I told you to wait in the car,” I said.

“Well you were taking forever and your grandma is nice. What does she have?” he asked.

“Cancer,” I muttered.

“I’m sorry,” he said sadly.

“It’s okay she’s dying though but she doesn’t want to believe it.” I said looking down playing with my fingers.

“Don’t worry she will always be in your heart- oh that’s a great lyric.” Alex said and I nodded as he wrote it down and I smiled thanking him for the kind words.

Maybe touring with him might not be so bad after all but I was totally and horribly wrong once again.
