I was stood outside Dumbledore's office. Just the sort of person I needed to see. All of a sudden the stairs started moving without me even giving the password. I quickly make my way up, a tear slipping down my face. I knock on the door. " Come in Miss Black." I entered the room and saw Dumbledore stood up beside Fawkes the Phoenix.

" How did you know it was me Professor?" I asked him, curiously.

" The portraits told me they've seen you wandering around the school. I figured you'd find you way here at some point. Tell me what's troubling you." He sat down in his chair and gestured to the chair opposite him. I told him about everything that happened in DADA and he remained completely silent. Listening to every word I said. His face was unreadable, he simply nodded along with my recount of events. " Well it seems you have had quite an eventful first day back at Hogwarts." Dumbledore commented. This made me laugh slightly.

" I guess you could say that." I mumbled. His hand gestured to a bowl,

" Liquorice Snap?" Dumbledore offered.

" No thank you Professor." I smiled.

" Well, the only advise I can give you Miss Black is that you keep your head high. Remember who you are Miss Black. Keep your friends close. You'll need them." Dumbledore told me softly. I nodded softly. We conversed for while, laughing. Dumbledore knew I needed cheering up. Suddenly the door to the office burst open. " Mr Weasley, what can I do for you?" I quickly turned around to see George. I smiled at his worried face. George completely ignored Dumbledore and ran over to me and engulfed me in a hug.

" Are you okay? I can't believe Moody would do that." He mumbled as his head rested in the crook of my neck.

" I'm fine now George, just a little bitter." I reassured him rubbing George's back.

" I trust you'll be looking after Miss Black, Mr Weasley?" Dumbledore enquired, smiling.

" Definitely." George smiled, taking my hand and guiding me out of the room. George took me up to the Gryffindor Common Room.

" George, we're supposed to be in class." I told him.

" I know but you've had a rough start to the year and I'm sure McGonagall will forgive us for just a little break." George smiled warmly pulling me down into his arms. We stayed there, together, for the rest of the day until Fred came bursting in claiming he had been looking all over the castle for us, very dramatically.

The next day I was sat around in the Great Hall with Hermione reading in front of the Goblet of Fire watching whoever dared put their name into the famous relic. A burst of people, mainly Hufflepuffs, came into the room. They were all pushing Ced forward to the Goblet. Shouting their calls of encouragement for him. " Go on Ced!" I called cupping my hands over my mouth. He looked over to me and laughed slightly. He then approached the Goblet, through the age line, and threw his name into the blazing blue fire. " Good luck Ced!" I shouted as he turned to his friends. He threw me a wink as he turned making me laugh. Suddenly through the large doors came the instantly recognisable calls of Fred and George Weasley. They came jogging over to where Hermione and I were sat.

" Well lads, we've done it!" Fred announced,

" cooked it up just this morning!" George added,

" It's not going to work!" Hermione called in a sing-song voice. This caught the twin's attention, the then crouched down beside the two of us.

" Oh yeah?" Fred began,

" and why's that Granger?" George finished.

" You see this, this is an age line. Dumbledore drew it himself." Hermione explained.
