I was really excited, today I was going to Brighton with Jack and Conor. I was going to meet their parents and Anna, I put on my ripped denim jeans, a grey off the shoulder top and my white converse. I pulled my hair hair into a ponytail, my phone buzzed in my pocket.

I sent back a quick reply saying I was on my way out after grabbing my bag and sunglasses. Ella was asleep, but it was 10:00. I left her quick note on the fridge letting her know I would be gone for a few days, I exited the apartment block to see Jack's range rover parked up.

Conor sat in the front with a grin, he sent me a wave which I returned. Jack was at the boot waiting for me, I threw my bag into the after giving Jack a hug. I got in the backseat because Conor was in the passenger seat.

"So you're coming to meet the family?" Conor questioned in a vampire voice.

"Yeah" I replied with a laugh.

"Don't mind him, he's just being an idiot as usual" Jack told me as he slapped Conor on the side of the head.

We took off for Brighton and I did a bit of vlogging, Conor was singing to every song that came on the radio.

My phone rang and I answered it to hear Zoe's voice.

"Hey Jess, how are you?" Zoe greeted.

"I'm great and you?" I replied, we chatted for a while and I told her I was on my way to Brighton and I would see her sometime.

We talked about Joe's rodeo adventures as we laughed at the thought of Joe riding a bull. She told me that Alfie was taking Nala for a walk on the beach and she was joining them.

I told her I'd see her soon, we stopped to get something to eat. The boys both ordered a burger while I got a sandwich and a strawberry milkshake.

"I'm really nervous" I revealed to the two boys sitting in front of me.

"Don't worry, our family will love you especially Anna" Jack reassured.

"And if they don't you can kiss their sorry asses goodbye" Conor added in strange accent.

"Enough brother" Jack said as he patted Conor's back.

We were fifteen minutes from their house Jack informed me when my hands started shaking slightly. I hummed softly to myself as we pulled around a corner and drove up a street with a few houses.

"We're here" Jack said as he turned to look at me, I tried to mask my nervousness by sending him a smile.

Jack grabbed his bag along mine from the boot, I took it from him feeling bad. He held my free hand with his as Conor opened the door.

"Mama, poppa and young sister we're home" Conor shouted.

I smiled as a thin woman with blonde hair stepped into view, she immediately sent me a warm smile.
