I walked into my Dad's office, "Start talking."

"I'm sorry?"

"HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE NEWS!?"

"Um..."

"THEY SOMEHOW GOT A VIDEO OF ZOE TELLING YOU SHE DID EVERYTHING!"

His face fell, "That, that was supposed to be confidential."

"Well it's not now. I would like an explanation."

"Does it look like I have one?"

"You should."

"Well I don't...not yet, I'll look into it."

"That's not good enough."

He raised an eyebrow, "Then what do you want me to do? A song and dance to beg whoever stole it to do the right thing and tell me?"

I rolled my eyes, "I want you to promise me, and Zoe, that you'll follow through and punish whoever did it."

"Are you serious?"

"Yes, I'm not sure I can trust you anymore."

"I promise, but Kristy-"

I walked out slamming the door behind me before he could finish. I had heard what I wanted. I walked back toward the staircase and saw Julia on the way. She frowned sticking her bottom lip out, "Isn't it so sad what happened? Poor poor Zoe."

She winked and brushed past me. I wanted to turn around and punch her teeth out, but I needed to go back to Zoe so I just stiffly walked into the staircase room and out the door. I looked around for Dustin and her. I spotted the group of kids and I headed over.

Chloe ran right in front of me almost tripping me, "HELLO!!"

I stumbled back, "Hi??"

"Would you like to buy a stuffed animal?"

"Um..."

"I'm sure Dustin wants one," she dug through her black bag and pulled out a unicorn.

"That'll be $5 to give to your boyfriend."

"He's not my boyfriend," I pulled out my wallet and handed her a five dollar bill.

"Riiiiiight," she handed me the stuffed animal and ran off. I rolled my eyes heading to Dustin again wondering where Zoe went.

"HEY KRISTY!!" He waved.

"Hi Dustin, how's it going?"

"Fine," he had a kid hanging off his back, as I approached she slipped off and ran away.

"I got you something," I held out the unicorn.

"OH MY GOSH, IT'S BEAUTIFUL."

As I handed it to him his smile widened. I couldn't help the smile that appeared at his expression.

"What's his name?"

"His?"

"Yeah, he looks like boy."

The unicorn was white with a pink horn and mane, "Ok...well he's yours to name."

"Hmm...Sparkles, with a 'z'."

"Sparklez?"

"Exactly! Because the pink is sparkly and the spots of color on him."

I nodded, "It's perfect."

We just kinda stood there awkwardly for a minute. I was staring at the ground. He was fiddling with Sparklez's tags. I looked up to see his eyes actually on me. He quickly looked down.
