It was the first day of homeschooling and the kids were more than happy to stay home from school.

It had been a couple weeks since the school and them had their meeting. In that time, Mitch has quit his job and bought all the school supplies for his two kids.

"Okay, I think we need a lunch break." Mitch said as he got up from his chair and made his way to the kitchen.

Just as Mitch got out the peanut butter the door opened, revealing Travis.

Mitch smiled and waved his hand over, motioning him into the kitchen, "Thanks for coming over."

"No problem." Travis said as he leaned against the counter, "What did you need though?"

Mitch shrugged, "The kids are taking a lunch break and I just thought we could hang out."

Travis nodded and looked around for chips so he could put them on the plates. He picked up the plates and set them in front of Tina and Jack.

"Daddy, who's this?" Jack asked as he looked at Travis.

"This is just one of my friends, he'a super nice." Mitch said as he set a hand on Travis's shoulder.

Jack smiled at him and began to eat his sandwich. Mitch dragged Travis into the living room and sat down.

"So how are you?" Mitch said as Travis sat down across from him.

"Good, what about you?"

Mitch tilted his head, "I have been better."

Travis nodded and then realized Mitch called him over because he needed someone to vent to. He quickly sat up and scooter closer to Mitch, "Well what's wrong?"

Mitch leaned into Travis's side, "Everything is so stressful. I just had to quit my job so Scott has to work longer hours, I have to try and save money while staying at home and teaching my kids. And on top of all of that Scott hasn't been wanting to...you know, for the past couple months!"

"Scott doesn't want to what?" Travis asked.

Mitch rolled his eyes, "I feel a little weird talking about this, especially with you. But he hasn't been wanting to have sex for a really long time now."

Travis shifted uncomfortably, "Umm, well maybe you two deal with stress differently."

Mitch shrugged and sighed, "Oh well."

"Are you gonna talk to him about it?" Travis asked.

Mitch stood up when he heard his kids calling for him, "I have tried but he just says that he's been busy and too tired, what do you think I should do?"

Travis bit his lower lip and shrugged, "I'm sure he will understand if you bring it to his attention."

They both walked into the dining room and saw what the kids want.

"Can I have more milk?" Jack asked as he held up his cup.

Mitch took it and handed it to Travis, "Can you go refill that please?"

Travis gave a small smile and took the cup to refill it, "I can't wait until I have kids of my own."

"Well, maybe when me and Scott go on dates you can babysit." Mitch suggested.

"Really? Would Scott be okay with that?"

Mitch shrugged after a moment of thinking, "Actually, probably not."

They both chuckled and looked down at Tina and Jack. Travis glanced at the clock and tapped Mitch's elbow, "I should get home, if Scott comes home early he will no doubt kick my ass."
