The day came where Scott and Mitch were supposed to go to the cabin. They just dropped off the kids and were nearing their destination.

"Baby, wake up we are almost there." Scott whispered to his husband as he shook his shoulder slightly.

Mitch opened one eye and sat up slowly. He smiled and looked out the window, "Thanks for driving Scottie."

"No problem love." Scott said as he parked in the driveway, "Let's go unload the car."

Mitch opened up the trunk and pulled out his heavy suit case. He wheeled it inside the cabin and gasped when he entered the house.

"Scotty this is beautiful!" Mitch yelled as he walked into all the rooms.

Scott walked in with all the rest of the bags and let out a huff when he set them on the floor, "Only the best for my princess."

A smile was plastered on Mitch's face when he skipped into the living room. He stood on his toes and pecked Scott's cheek.

After they unpacked all their clothes and looked through the house. They ordered a large pizza and were soaking in the hot tub.

Even thought the hot tub was massive, Mitch was still seated on Scott's lap.

"No more please." Mitch said as he pushed the pizza away from his mouth. Scott pecked Mitch's parted lips and smiled.

"How are you liking day one of vacation baby?" Scott asked as he rubbed Mitch's bare back.

Mitch shifted in Scott's lap, "It's very relaxing, what are we doing tomorrow?"

"I was thinking we could visit the local caves. There's one that shows a movie on the cave walls while you walk around it." Scott said, getting excited.

Mitch chuckled, "Caves are kinda scary though."

"I can hold your hand!" Scott offered.

"Okay, but I get to chose what we do the next day." Mitch said after a couple seconds of thinking, "But you promise to hold my hand the whole time?"

"I promise." Scott said as he kissed the back of Mitch's hand.

A few minutes went past of sitting in comfortable silence until Scott spoke up, "Are you excited about your job?"

Mitch shrugged and moved off Scott's lap, "Honestly, not really. I won't be able to see you as much, and that's really sad."

Scott put an arm around Mitch and kissed the top of his head, "You are helping support our family."

"I know that, but I kinda feel like that's all I'm doing. I'm just supporting my family, if I'm not able to see the most important member of my family then why support it?" Mitch said, a little flustered.

Scott blinked and cocked his head, "Well you love us. If you really don't want to I won't make you, I just thought that you could do this because it is to help us. I didn't want you to get a job because I'm mean, I thought it would help our situation."

"I know, but it's just hard dealing with the fact I will see you less than I already do." Mitch said while he curled up to Scott's side.

"How about we get out and go to bed, I'm pretty tired." Scott said after a couple minutes of holding his husband to his side.

When Mitch didn't respond Scott looked down and found him sleeping in his arms.

Scott's lips curled into a smile as he carefully scooped Mitch up and wrapped a towel around him. He carried Mitch inside and laid him down on their bed.
