Megan nodded and jotted down notes as Scott and Mitch told her details from their last fight.

"This morning Scott turned off our alarm because he was too tired to get up. So I was running around the house trying to get the kids ready and when we had like 10 minutes until we had to be out the door, Scott hasn't even gotten up!" Mitch said while crossing his arms.

Scott rolled his eyes, "I was tired, I'm sorry I'm human."

"It's not that you were tired, it's just that you let me do all the work in the morning and you didn't even care to help me with the children." Mitch explained.

Megan butted in, "Has this happened before?"

Mitch shrugged, "Maybe once or twice a week. And when he does get up I'm still the one who gets the kids ready for the most part, while he sits there expecting me to serve breakfast on top of that."

"You said you liked being the mother figure." Scott said with clenched teeth.

Mitch widened his eyes, "Excuse me? The mother isn't supposed to serve the husband to every wish he desires, and do everything for the kids. Raising a family is a team effort, no matter if it's two males, two females, a male and a female, or anything in between."

"I think it would be beneficial to make a list on who will do what in the mornings and make a routine." Megan said while handing them a paper and a pencil.

Mitch wrote some things down, "I can get the kids dressed and you can get them breakfast? Sound good?"

Scott nodded and eyed the list, "I can start the coffee machine in the morning, and you can put the shoes on the kids?"

Megan smiled and stood up, "I'm extremely proud of you two for working this out, but our hour is up."

Scott and Mitch shook Megan's hand and left the office. Scott interlaced his hand with Mitch's and smiled down at him as they left the building.

"I'm sorry for this morning." Scott said, "I didn't sleep well last night."

"Why not?" Mitch asked while opening the car door.

"It's just hard to sleep some nights." Scott said.

Mitch frowned, "Well, don't be scared to wake me up if you need me. Okay?"

Scott nodded and got into the car.

Mitch was sitting on Scott's lap with the side of his head pressed against Scott's chest.

"Scotty, let's make cookies." Mitch said.

Scott chuckled and kissed the side of Mitch's head before picking him up and setting him on the kitchen counter.

"Can you get a bowl, baby?" Scott said while getting all the ingredients out.

Mitch set the bowl down and started mixing the ingredients with a spoon as Scott threw them in the bowl.

A couple minutes later the dough was mixed up, "Maybe we can just eat the dough, and not make the cookies?" Mitch asked with a suggestive smirk.

"Might wanna taste it first." Scott said while feeding Mitch some, purposely getting some in his bottom lip.

Scott stared at his lips before leaning in and kissing off the cookie dough, attacking his lips for longer than needed.

Mitch giggled and pulled away, "Even a blind man could have saw that coming."

Scott smiled and put an arm behind Mitch's back so he was leaning over him. He picked up more cookie dough with the spoon and put it in the dip of his collar bone.

Mitch blushed and looked up at Scott. Scott attacked Mitch's collar bone, leaving bruises at he sucked the dough off of his skin.

Scott nibbled and drew his hands closer to Mitch's backside, picking him up, "I like the idea of just eating the dough. Let's take this to the bedroom."

Mitch squeezed his legs around Scott's waist and picked up the bowl, "Be quiet, I don't want the kids to barge in the room like they did a few weeks ago."

Scott wasn't paying attention to him because he was already trying to sneak his hands down Mitch's pants as they were heading off to the bedroom.

Scott laid Mitch on the bed gently and rested his hands on Mitch's hips, "Where should we begin?" Scott asked while licking his lips.
