You guys weren't expecting that I'm sure lol. But I had to come back with some sort of plot twist. Remember how perfect he was in the beginning? Unfortunately it was the only thing I could come up with to happen lol. 

Carter ain't shit omg. BUT IT GETS WORSE!!!!!!

As promised, this part will involve the twins a little more. Keep in mind it was a time hop, they are 4 years old now. 

I started classes today. Two classes a day will make it sooo easy to be consistent with these updates!

Carter POV

The past week has been great. Zora finally let me have my way with her the other night, and it seriously did something to me. I was ready to break it off with Ashley completely. Well I've been ready, that just sealed the deal. 

But I have myself in this sort of pickle you could say. Zora's birthday is this weekend, but like two weeks ago, not even thinking, I planned this little overnight trip with Ashley. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing, and it was before I even realized what I could lose, and that it was on Zora's birthday. Ashley said that if I didn't follow through I was gonna be 'in for a rude awakening'. I clench my fists.

What the hell was I thinking getting myself involved with her?

"Carter, son pay attention." my dad whispers elbowing my arm. I snap my head up, meeting eyes with Ashley as she stalked around the front of this group as she went over my dad's new blueprint for his new branch that I would have the pleasure of running. It was only about fifteen minutes from here. 

"I have orders specifically from Mr. Neilsen himself." she says. "Should you not follow the proper protocols, you'll have to deal with him." she flashes my Dad a quick smirk. I roll my eyes. "Meeting adjourned." she closes her portfolio. I grab my things and jet out of there back to my office. I dial Zora's number. 

"Hey." I say once she answers. 

"Hey, you need something or something?"

"No, I'm gonna order some pizza, and you and the twins can come eat with me, and hang around until my next meeting."

"You sure?"

"Yes baby, it would make me really happy."

"Well, we'll be there in about twenty minutes."

"Sounds good. I love you."

"Love you too." she hangs up.

I'm really hoping I'm able to get myself out of this situation before things get really ugly. I shouldn't have done it, but I can't take it back. 

As we sat eating pizza Noelle looks up at me and says:

"Daddy, I have a question."

"Yes?"

"If you had a gazillion dollars, what would you do?"

"Gazillion?" I laugh. "I would do a lot of things princess, how about you?"

"You're supposed to say them Dad." Noah adds. 

"I would buy a horse, and a castle, and a new crown. For me and Mommy both. What would you buy Mommy?"

"Well," I look at Zora, "I would buy her a huge diamond-"

"Carter?" the door opens. "I need- Oh." Ashley walks in. A tight smile spread across her face. "Hi, I'm Ashley." She sticks her hand out to Zora. "You must be the 'amazing' woman in Carter's life. He speaks about you all the time."
