Dragging my bags downstairs, I mentally tried to figure out what time I should arrive at Issa and Camilla's house in Long Island. Initially, I was only heading to New York this week to begin rehearsals. Most of my dancers are from there because that is where I began my career so the others will be flying here. Tour begins as soon as summer kicks in so we don't exactly have all the time in the world to rehearse. When Camilla heard, she insisted that as soon as I arrived I should come and see the baby and I couldn't say no.

By the front door, I grabbed my keys before opening the door and heading out. I locked it from the outside before heading over to my black, 2016 CTS Sedan that was parked in the driveway. I had locked up the rest of the house from yesterday evening. Unlocking the car, I loaded all of my luggage into the trunk and slammed it close. Getting in the front, I started up the car and placed my car keys in my backpack before tossing it onto the passenger seat. After buckling up, I reversed and drove off. I slowed down at the gate and it eventually opened automatically, allowing me to drive out.

I didn't feel like being driven today. Lately I've been wanting as much time to myself as possible. We started my vocal rehearsals and other preparations towards the show sometime last month and the only time I've gotten to myself was the few hours I found myself at home. I sighed at the thought, knowing that I'd been lacking sleep but maybe I'd be able to get some after visiting Issa and Camilla. I don't have to be anywhere until rehearsals at 7am tomorrow anyway. I smiled in satisfaction at the thought, switching lanes on the highway.

After about half an hour of empty roads and the nice sunrise view, I pulled up into the executive area at the airport. Nicholas was there to pick up my car even though I hadn't asked him to. I got out, greeted him and he immediately went and retrieved the bags from the trunk. Throwing my bag over my shoulder, we made our way inside of the lounge-looking building and he sat my bags down next to me as I took a seat in one of the comfortable lazy-boy like chairs. He asked, "The regular garage, Ms. Williams?" I nodded, "Who'll be picking you up from there?"

He answered, "I took a cab here. My car is already there." I gave him a smile and thanked him as he left. During the wait for my plane to be ready, I made sure everything was in order for when I landed in New York. Eventually, some guy who worked here got my bags and lead me outside to the aircraft. I made the trip down the red carpet and up the steps, thankful that I didn't ask for any flight attendants. I sat down in the usual seat and buckled up, texting my team that I was already on the plane before placing my phone on airplane mode. After about 10 minutes, the door closed automatically and few moments thereafter, we were in the air.

The plane ride was short, well it probably seemed that way because I slept the entire flight. Unbuckling my seatbelt, I stood to my feet and got my bag from the seat next to me. The pilots stood at the door and I thanked them before making my way down the steps towards the only car that I use while I'm in New York. The white, 2016 Range Rover Autobiography. The vehicle was already started up so I got in as the luggage was loaded into the trunk. Once I was buckled up, I texted Camilla to make sure they weren't at church or anything before I went to the house.
