Trey's Point of View ~ Sunday, 1:31pm

I pulled up to Issa's house, parking by the sidewalk. Before I got out, I took a deep breath hoping that I'd be able to clear things up with my baby today because I know I messed up and I gotta fix this mess. I turned off the engine before grabbing my phone and getting out. I stuffed my phone and keys into my pockets before locking the car and making my way to the front door. I rang the doorbell and after a few seconds, Camilla opened the door. I hugged her, playfully poking her cheeks because she's gotten a lil chubby seeing that she's pregnant. She pouted which made me laugh, "It's all love." She smirked and rolled her eyes before going into the kitchen. Tevin and Jac were chilling in the living room, talking. It still surprises me to see that they're cool.

"What's good?" I asked, dapping them up. I sat across from them on another sofa, getting my thoughts together but they started talking. Jac spoke up, "So.. you and Zonnique?" I shot him a look and he immediately raised his hands in defense. Tevin and his smart a-s mouth just had to talk, "She's just so d-mn fertile. She had twins for Jac and now she had a lil girl for you. D-mn." That made both of us shoot him a glare. Jac looked away from him, turning into Dr. Phil, "Look man, you just need to sit her down and tell her that you love her. It was a mistake. Yo a-s was drunk after you and Bre got into a fight and that h-e lead you into her home all the way from the bar—" Tevin cut him off, "Which means she's thirstayyy!" As serious as this was, all three of us started cracking up.

Camilla emerged from the kitchen with some drinks on a tray, resting it on the coffee table. "Thanks," we told her as she made her way back into the kitchen. I know Issa's up in there cooking up a storm. I remember when he hated cooking while we were back in college. I smirked at the thought but that faded once I saw Jac's new girl come strutting down the stairs. Tevin rolled his eyes, getting up and heading outside onto the backyard patio. I guess he doesn't like her. Jac coughed before introducing us, "Um, Cheyenne this is Trey. Trey, Cheyenne." She smiled at me and reached out to shake my hand so I shook hers. I'm not smiling back though. I guess he felt how tense the room was getting but things eased once the doorbell rang. Jacob got up to answer it and once he opened the door, there stood Bre and Toya.

He gave Bre a hug before letting her in. Toya tried to walk pass him but he playfully blocked her, smirking down at her. She looked up at him and shook her head while smiling. He embraced her in a hug, wrapping his arms around her waist and she did the same to his neck. Once they separated, Toya noticed how hard Cheyenne was glaring at them so she headed into the kitchen. Jac was watching her a-s and in all seriousness, wrong move man. Cheyenne stomped over to him and pulled him by his shirt into the hall bathroom. Oh Lawd. I got up, going to see where Bre went. If you're wondering, TJ is at a sleepover. He asked me to pick him up once I'm done here. Hopefully I'll be picking him up with his mother in the car.

I found Bre over by Camilla's "wanna-be garden" area. She was just sitting on the little bench by herself, messing with her phone. I sat next to her and she just stared at me. The look she was giving me was unreadable but I knew for sure that part of it was hurt. "Did she have something I don't have? Was I not doing something, right?" I was gonna say something but she cut me off as a tear slid down her face, "I know I'm not perfect but was I that bad to the point where you had to go off to another woman?" My heart was cracking just hearing her be so insecure. I cupped her face in my hands and kissed her, wiping her tears away with my thumbs. "No, baby. You remember that fight we had when I was jealous of you and your gay employee?" She nodded, "Well when I got mad and stormed out, I went to a bar and she was stripper there. I got drunk and all I remember after that was waking up in her bed."

She stared at me for a while, searching my face before pulling me by my collar and kissing me hard but passionately. I pulled away because I really needed to talk to her, "Baby, look. I don't ever want you pulling that slick sh-t, saying that you weren't doing things right. You did everything right and I caused all this by storming out on you—" She cut me off, "Baby, it's okay." I smiled a little at her, wrapping my arms around her waist and hugging her tightly. I heard singing so I looked over to the patio to see the rest of the crew standing around Toya as she sang to us, playfully. Bre and I laughed, looking over at them. I stood up, gently pulling her up by her hand as we walked over to them. We all headed inside and started grabbing different platters of food to take outside.
