I wake up in my soft bed. I am so sick of being here. Even if I have friends like Aaron here I still want to go home to my family. I have been so cold while I'm here because I don't want any of them to feel attached to me.
I don't want to get attached to anyone either. It will really hurt because in the end we are on opposite sides. Well maybe not completely opposite sides but we shouldn't be friends. I might have to steal from them later on.
I get up from my bed and walk over to the wardrobe. It's so big and has so many dresses. I really need to ask one of the servants if there are any shorts or pants I can wear. I really hate it here, it may be beautiful but I want to steal.
I get dressed in a random dress and start brushing my hair.

I am kept under the watchful of the nobles. I'm so sick of them sticking their nose into my business. When I have finished getting ready I sneak into the hallway.
I heard that there is going to be a meeting about what to do with me and the other thieves. I think they want me to give them information on where they are. What if that's the only reason they are even nice to me? Oh my Irene I can't believe how stupid I've been.
I finally make it to the meeting room and I press my ear up to the door. I try to hear their conversation. It sounds like the just started.
Garroth's P.O.V.
We just started the meeting on what to do about Aphmau. She is kind of difficult to deal with when she wants to be. I have seen her when she is calm though and it is a different story. Honestly I don't want her to leave. If she stays here then I will have someone to talk to.
"So I think we should commence the meeting" Cadenza states
"What should we do about her? Every day she is gaining more knowledge about the palace and is getting closer to escaping" Vylad says
"Aaron how is pretending to be her friend going" Zane asks
"What? I'm not pretending! She is actually really nice" Aaron fires back
"Whatever" Zane says rolling his eyes
"Maybe we should just see how much longer she can stay here?" Jin asks
"Your reasons for her being here are just selfish" Aaron states
"What are you talking about?" Jin replies
"Oh I think you know, you like Aphmau, a lot. You basically confessed it" Aaron says
"Oh well you are in love with her to!" Jin yells
"I never said you loved her, I said that you liked her, that could mean anything" Aaron smirks
"You didn't deny it either you you worthless little piece of-" Jin starts and we hear a crash outside
We run out to see what happens and we see a shattered vase. I turn around and see a flick of black hair and a purple skirt. Oh my Irene, Aphmau heard them. I look over to Aaron and Jin and they look pale. They must know that Aphmau heard them.
Aphmau's P.O.V.
I run to my room and lock the door, I jump on my bed and bury my face in my pillows. I can't believe someone because attached to me. And what's more is Jin and Aaron both love me. I just can't believe this is happening.
I hear the door open and the bed sags down a little. I wipe my eyes and turn to see Aaron.
"I guess you heard us huh?" Aaron states
"Is it true? You're only being nice to me to get my guard down?" I ask
"No of course not. I well, I really like you a lot. But I know with everything going on you probably don't have time" he says
"I'm just upset. I want to be alone" I say turning away
"Ok, I hope you feel better soon" he says hugging me
He leaves and I suddenly feel rage. Jin, he is the reason that all of this happened. He wants me to stay here because of how he feels about me. Not caring about my friends or anything else. He is being so selfish. I want to be home and all he is doing is taking away my freedom.
I storm out of my room and I try to find Jin. Eventually I find him in the library.

I storm over to him and I am shushed by the librarian.
"Oh shush yourself, I have important business to attend to. If you don't want shouting then come back in about five minutes" I say sharply
The librarian nods and nervously leaves. I know she is going to get the guards so I need to be quick. I grab Jin's collar and look him right in the eye.
"You have Siem nerve, keeping me here because of your selfish reasons. I have people that need me. Doesn't that mean anything to you?" I say
"W-well I.." Jin says speechless
"Listen, if you're in love with me or whatever then that's your business. But I have my friend back home, like Ross, Nicole and Red. I need to be there" I say letting him go
I sense a sword about to hit me so I turn around and I kick them in the stomach. It is a woman with dark pink hair.
"Ivy!" One of the other guards call
Oh she is the main guard, she is apparently actually a very mean and rude person. Kind of like me but I'm not that mean and rude. I'm defensive. Before she can do anything else I jump over her and I run through the hallways.
As I do I accidentally run into Sky. I leave him standing there and I keep running. When I Mae it to my room I slam the door and hold it shut. When I'm sure no one is there I leave the door and go to my bed.
Someone walks in and I get into a fighting stance. It's Sky and Jin.
"What do you want?" I ask
"We need to talk, Aphmau we are desperate. We didn't know our parents cut off the money to the orphanage" Sky says
"And I'm sorry about the reason we are keeping you here. But we can't let you go now, you know information" Jin says looking down
"Please just leave" I say turning around
"Aphmau" sky says and he touches my shoulder
I feel his hand yanked off and I look up. Aaron is holding his wrist with a death like grip.
"Leave her alone" Aaron says
Sky and Jin walk out and I am met with a age of loneliness. They where my child hood friends and they still want to be friends. But I can't be friends with them. What would I say to Ross, Red and Barney.
I collapse onto my knees and I feel tears roll down my cheeks. Aaron closes the door and he picks me up. It's nice and warm pressed on his chest. I don't feel so lonely anymore. He sits in the bad window with me resting beside him. I fall asleep and before my eyes leave I feel him kiss my forehead.
