Author's Note and Rant on Authors

I had this random idea earlier. There should be a section on Wattpad called Original or Not-Cliche. Here, authors obviously would post their stories that people never rant about.

The only problem is that you have a person like OMGwerewolves4evah (Not real person) post their CLICHED werewolf story in the Not -Cliche because that's the only way people will read their book apparently. All cliche authors would do this and Not-Cliche section would become the Cliche section. I feel like this is what happened to General Fiction...

Ok so if you are still reading this far, congrats! Your get a special rant!

MINI-RANT

Let's talk about the authors. In the fiction genre especially. There are some really good ones. And the you have the ones who write trash. The ones who wrote trash are also the ones who hand out cliched books like its candy on Halloween. And it's not even good candy. It's the one that taste like cardboard type of candy. Because it's so overused.

So here is my message to you Cliche lovers:

PLEASE PUT SOME EFFORT INTO YOUR STORIES! IF YOU CAN FIND TWO OTHER STORIES THAT HAVE A SAME PLOTM ITS CLICHED! IF YOUR TITLE, DESCRIPTION, OR/AND TAG LIST HAVE THE WORDS BAD BOY, TROUBLEMAKER, OR GOOD GIRL ITS FREAKING CLICHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUT SOME ORIGINALITY IN IT BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND!!!!!!

Ok got that out of my system. And then we have the rude authors.

The ones who are like:

"10 votes for Ryder's POV"

" 50 votes, 100 comments for next part."

Look. You don't get to demand votes. I get that you want to have lots of votes. But really? If people really like your book, they will vote for it WITHOUT YOU BEING MR/MS-GIVE-ME-VOTES-OR-I-WILL-DELETE-THIS STORY!!!!!

And then you have the downright rude ones who have no sense of professionalism. (I know Wattpad isn't for professional authors, but at least try to be polite to your viewers. For example, one person had a cliched book. And a boring Insta-Love description. And the put a note telling people to not plagiarize. BUT IT WAS NOT A POLITE NOTE, NOT AT ALL! Guys, plagiarism is bad. But don't be all "if you plagararize, I will beat the -curse word here- out of your- curse word- curse word." I GET THE POINT! YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO PLAGIARIZE! (Even though you are plagiarizing in a way by "borrowing" someone's idea to write a book.)
BUT DO YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE A HUGE JERK IN YOUR NOTE!?

Okay, that's it for now,

-Ayden
