My eyes shot open, rattled by the loud beeping sound. Following the sound, my head twists round to see my phone vibrating against the wooden table. It was nearly two in the morning. Who was messaging me this time of the night? I lift my arm lazily and grab my phone, looking over to find Blair's bed empty.
I switch my phone on to be blinded by the bright light causing my face to scrunch up and my eyes to squint until I am adjusted to the light.
The message was from Harry. Why was he texting me at this time of the night?
I sigh. It better be important.
H- Hey babe
A- What do you want Harry, it's late
H- I just wanna talk
A- At this time of the night?
H- yeah baby
A- Stop calling me baby
H- why not babe?
A- I'm not your girl.
Are you drunk?H- I say it to everyone babe.
No, I can't sleep.A- Great, that makes it all better.
H- I got you talking to me didn't I.
A- Whatever
H- Wanna go somewhere?
A- At this time of the night? No.
H- It's not that late
A- Well it is for me
*Beep*
I had another message. Blair.
B- Ariiiiii can you pick me up. I have no ride.
A- From where?
She texts me the address. I thought she had her mates, why do I need to pick her up.
A- That's so far Blair.
B- Please, my mate has bailed on me so please.
A- How am I supposed to get there? I don't drive.
B- Please just ask someone.
What about Harry?I groan.
A- No
B- Have you messaged him?
A- That's why I am awake weirdly enough
B- please ask him Ariana
I sigh.
A- ok fine
I return to Harry and pause.
A- if you wanna do something, can you pick me up so we can take Blair home.
H- Ok babe
I jump out of bed and switch the light on. I threw on some clothes and a jumper due to the cold.
Soon, there is a knock on the door. I swung the door open to see Harry. I bite my lip as I scan his body while he did the same.
"Hey babe," he says huskily.
I raise my eyebrow.
"Let's go then," I say, closing the door behind me, clutching my phone.
