High School, Demigod Style { Completed }

Leo's POV

"Hey! What took you guys so long? Are you okay?" Calypso waves them over. 

Finally. Jason and Piper are here. After school, Jason and Piper and Calypso and I are going to the cafe to talk, er, work on homework.

Piper grits her teeth. I take Calypso's hand.

"Pipes?" I ask, wiggling my eyebrows. I have a feeling this is gonna be good. 

Jason shakes his head and laughs. Piper refuses to elaborate. Suddenly, a pretty girl comes over and hands Jason a note. 

In my head, I'm thinking: Woah, she's hot. But then I see Piper. She looks like steam is coming out of her ears. I back off. Leo, snap out of it.

The girl giggles and leaves, grinning. Jason stuffs the note in his pocket and we leave.

After we arrive to the cafe (in New Rome, BTW) and sit down with our food, Jason reads the note. We are all looking over his shoulder. Jason sighs. 

"How many times do I have to tell her that I have a girlfriend and I'm not interested?" 

Piper looks somewhat relieved.

"That's gods damn girl won't leave you alone!"

"I'm not going to give her my email! She's, like, a stalker or something."

Well, why not? Besides, you gotta admit. She IS hot.

Leo, stop it. Your friends feel bad. SHUT UP!

So I decide to whisper to Calypso.

"So what's the big freakin' deal? Why can't Jason chill?" 

"Hush, Leo."

I do shut up. 

 But I don't get it.

I'll have to figure it out.

In the meantime, I'm getting another caramel macchiato.
