Chapter 3
Sky's P.O.V.
I woke up in a strange room. I started to panic. Where? How?
I sighed remembering last night's events. I smiled at the thought of Ty. He seemed like a nice guy.
I heard some shuffling from the other room. I guess the others are awake too. I stretched and put my sunglasses on. I had taken them off last night when I woke up after hearing a door close. I wonder if Ty would like to meet the others?
I made my way to the main room. I didn't see anybody so I took a few steps in and scanned the room. I was worried for a moment before I saw Ty half asleep on the couch. "Hey Ty!" I said cheerfully. He grunted in response, then rolled off the couch and stood up. "It seems like you don't get around much, so I want to show you something!" I exclaimed. He perked up at that.
"What?" he mumbled.
"Come on!" I encouraged him as I quickly made my way over to the door. He followed silently.

Deadlox's P.O.V.
Sky led me towards the front door. I'm nervous, what if he knows I'm a zombie so he pulls me into the sunlight? No. He wouldn't do that. He's just to nice.
I followed him out the door. Luckily there is a small cave before an actual opening into the sun, otherwise I would be on fire right now.
Sky steps into the sunlight, and seems to bask in the rays it cast. He gave me a confused look as I refused to leave the shade. "Come on!" He urged.
In response I shuffled a little closer to the sunlight. "Your acting like your a zombie!" he laughed. I knew he was joking, but I felt a surge of dread. I have never been in the sun before, and for a good reason. The screams of pain coming from the zombies above the surface were horrible, and they came every morning. I think he's trying to kill me.
Sky gave me a suspicious glance. If I didn't step into the sunlight he would probably kill me for being a zombie, but on the other hand if I stepped into the sunlight I would burn to death.
Screw it! I squeezed my eyes shut and took a step into the light and cringed as the sun stung my skin. I opened my eyes realizing I wasn't on fire. I looked down in amazement. Sky laughed. "If your done being a baby, let's go already." He was whiny and criticizing at the same time. How is he able to do that? Oh well.
He started to walk away from the cave. I followed him. We were heading towards the jungle. I had only been there once due to how hard it is to travel among the bushes.
~~--Skip to Jungle~~--
We walked to the edge of the jungle. I checked. Just as dense as before. I wonder how he's planning on getting through here.
Just as I thought that he started to yell. "Hey Jerome! I'm here! You want to help me out here?!" He shouted. Who's Jerome? Is Sky crazy? Na. That can't be possible.
We stood there in silence for a while. I didn't mind the quiet, it gave me time to think. The silence was broken by a faint rustling of bushes from... above?
I looked up and screamed as I saw something brown and furry falling towards me. I tried to move, but by the time I managed to lift my foot just barely off the ground, I was crushed by the thing.
I squirmed trying to get out from under it. Giving up, I looked up at it. Me eyes were met with quite the sight. On me was a brown, fluffy creature. It growled at me, showing white fangs. I tried to push myself into the ground to get away. When it stopped I looked back at it, but instead of looking at its face I looked at the rest of him. It was wearing a suit. What? In one of it's paws it held a golden axe. The axe was pointed at my neck.
"Fluffy!" Sky said happily from somewhere I couldn't see. Why was Sky so happy to see this beast? The creature's head turned to look somewhere. I'm guessing at Sky.
Suddenly Sky realized what was going on, and he said, "Jerome, could you please get off of Ty? Please?" So this is Jerome, huh?
Jerome got off of me standing up as he did so. He helped me up afterwards. "Sorry dude." He whispered to me. Then turning to Sky, he said, "I smelt both you and a zombie, so I came not only because you called, but because I thought you might need help."
Sky gave him a confused look. "There aren't any zombies around here. I found Ty in a cave tho, so that might be what you smell." Jerome just shrugged.
"So what did ya come here for?" Jerome asked.
"I decided to show Ty around, and we need to get across the jungle." Sky plainly stated.
"Okay then." Jerome responded, "Follow me!" He ran towards one of the huge trees and began to climb it. We had no choice, but to do the same.
While climbing, I nearly fell multiple times. I always somehow managed to stop myself. Oh well. I'm glad I did though.
We made it to the very top of the tree. I looked around at the breathtaking view. It was amazing, but I couldn't admire it for long because the others were jumping from treetop to treetop.
I ran to catch up. I wonder where we're going?
