(Mikes POV)
"And swoosh! The thesylhydra blows you away with its mighty powers!"
"WHAT DO I DO?!"
"Cast protection!", Said Dustin.
"Protection!", Lucas said.
We played d&d for quite sometime until it got late and they all had to leave.
"See you soon!", Said Will.
"Bye guys!", I said.
I walked back into my warm house. As I was walking back to my basement, I felt something. And suddenly, I remembered El. I collapsed down on my couch and slowly, my eyes crept over to El's bed. I felt a tear rushing down my face, along with a waterfall. I walked over to her bed now, and I grabbed my walkie talkie.
"El.", I said with a sniffle, "If you can hear me, I love you. And I miss you. Just please wait, I'm coming. I'll help you, I promise. But for now please stay where you are. Hide."
There was no point. She probably couldn't even hear me. Who knows if she's dead?! I mean, she sacrificed herself for me. As I wiped my tears away, I heard something. It was the walkie talkie.
"Mike.....here! Mike! Can....hear me?!"
"ELEVEN! Please stay where you are! Stay safe! I'm coming El! I'm coming! Just wait a little longer, Okay?"
"Promise?"
"I promise!"
I felt one last rush of cold air flow by me. After that, I felt nothing. I knew she was in need of help. I could feel it. I fell down onto her little bed area. The walkie talkie in my hand. I slowly shut my eyes and went to sleep. All I could hear was "Promise?", in my head. Something I would never forget. Her calming voice slowly put me to sleep. And there I was, dreaming about her again.
