(Mike's POV)

It was night time once again. And tonight, I was sleeping next to her. Again. It was just right to me. It felt so right to me. I didn't care about what Nancy had to say. I didn't care about what my parents had to say. Not even my friends. I just enjoyed spending every moment with El.

I had school tomorrow, which meant I had to leave El here. But, as always, I get to come home to her being happy. It was great. Except for the me leaving part. That sucked. I felt my eyes flutter  a bit until finally, I was dreaming about her again.

I woke up, Eleven cuddled up to my side, in her little tent. I didn't want to get up just to be bored out of my mind, and end up falling asleep in class. I ran my hands through my messy black hair and groaned. I pushed myself into at least just sitting up. I stood up finally, and ran up to my room. My morning routine required very little work. It was simple: I get up, change, and eat breakfast.

I was in my room, taking forever to find a clean shirt to wear. I picked out a nice blue sweater, along with some khakis. It looked nice. I kinda liked it. I ran my fingers through my messy, black hair. It was horribly tangled and looked awful today. I decided to actually use my comb today. Alright, it looked good enough.

I ran back down to eat the breakfast my mom had made, fried eggs and bacon.

"Where's El?", I said.

"Uh.. I don't know. Probably still sleeping.", My mom said with a shrug.

I poured a little syrup into my eggs, expecting Nancy to yell at me in disgust. But, she didn't. Hmm. That's a little weird. Oh well. I continued to eat, before I was disturbed by something.

"Nancy!!!!", Eleven called, running up the stairs.

Nancy ran over to the stairs. Eleven was to the top, crying.

"EL! EL! What is it?! Tell me! Nancy get off of her!", I pushed my sister away.

"Mike, what the hell! She needs my help!"

El gave me a convincing look, telling me that Nancy was right. I moved out of her way.

"Sorry.", I felt so bad.

I walked back over to the table, where Holly was basically scared out of her mind.

"Michael, what is all of this nonsense about?", My dad said.

"Oh, I don't know. Nancy and El haven't told me."

My mom smiled and looked down. Oh god.
