“Surprise!”
Said the creepy being in a mask.
As the girl walked into her home,
She was expecting a party,
But instead she got a massacre. All of her closest friends were dead at her feet,
As the masked monstrosity walked steadily toward her,
The girl tried to scream, but found she couldn’t open her mouth,
She tried to run,
But she couldn’t move a muscle.“You don’t remember me, do you?”
It said, still strolling closer.
“Maybe I should enlighten you.
I’m the one you tried to hide under the rug,
That being that you’ve forced down. But now I’ve resurfaced,
And it’s my turn now.
Do you know who I am?
It’s very simple, my dear,
You were the one who tried to hide me.”As the thing removed its mask
The girl was shown a true horror.
For she saw her own face,
Mangled and twisted into something unrecognizable,
“Congrats. You’ve finally snapped.”
