Nixon holds me as I cry trying to sooth me. I stop crying and we walk back to the castle to get Quill and go home. Half way back we stop at Nixon's old house. We walk over to his house we stop over of what's left the horse fence. "Remember this spot?" He asks. "This is were we first met, inst it?" I ask. "Yep. Same exact spot." He says with a smile as he tie's Quill leash to the fence then walks over to me and looks me in the eyes. I do the same. He fiddles with something in his pocket, gets down on one knee, pulls out a small black box and says. "Kate..." "Nixon." I say. Tears fill my eyes as he opens the small box. In that small box, was a silver band coated with sapphire blue diamonds in front. "Kate, you and I have been through some really tough times and together we got through them, I don't know what I would do without you, so Kate what i'm asking is...well... Kate will you marry me?" He asks. What? Really? Did he just ask me that?  I think to my self. Then I say it. "Yes!" I say. He gently slips the ring on my finger and gets to his feet and kisses me. We pull back and walk home with Quill. Nixon goes home and I go upstairs to put my pajamas on. I see him through his window. He has his shirt off. He catches my glance, smiles and walks over to his desk he has in front of his window. I do the same. He holds up a piece of paper that says. "Hello love. See something you like?" I wright down. "Yeah. I see you and I like you." I hold it up I can tell by the way he threw his head back that he's laughing. I  laugh too. He stops and hold up the other side that says. "Good night love, see you tomorrow." I wright down. "Good night." Then hold it up he nods I do to and go to bed. Horrid dreams fill my sleep. I end up getting up and going into a corner for the rest of the night. Nixon comes up the stairs I can tell even though he's light on his feet there's still that one stair that creeks I also hear Quill down stairs eating and sliding the bowl across the floor. I stay in my corner. Nixon slowly opens my door just as he dose every morning to check on me. He rushes in because I guess he doesn't see me let. "Kate?" He calls. He notices me and rushes to my side. "Kate are you ok, why are you on the floor?" He asks. "I just had a nightmare I'm fine." I say He sits next to me. "How long have you been up?" He asks. "I don't know couple hours I guess." I say. "Kate it's two in the morning. You need some sleep." He says. "I don't think I'll ever sleep again." I say. "What did you see?" I look him dead in the eyes. "Nixon, I killed her." I say. "Who. Kate what are you talking about?" "Midnight.I could have stopped that arrow but instead she jumped in front and I didn't save her..." I say. "Kate if you keep thinking like that then you'll never be happy again. Now you know that isn't true. She saved you." He says. "Try to get some sleep."  He helps me to my feet and walks over to me I get in my bed, he sits in a chair next to me. "Thank you Nix." I say. He nods. "Now sleep." he says. I close my eyes and rest. After I wake and get dressed and go down stairs I almost fall out. All of our friends and closest family are in my living room "Surprise!" They all say. Every on congratulating us. "Nixon what's all this?" I ask. "Well you are going with Bexley to find a dress and Nixon is going with me to find him a suit." This was Thomas, one of our friends from collage he has super curly blond hair and light blue eyes. "Yep so you two better get started." Nixon says. Bexley, who is jumping up and down next to me is pulling me out the door. "Hold on Bex!" I say. Nixon walks out. "Good luck." He says. I roll my eyes at him as Bexley takes me to the first dress shop. I try on two dresses there. But each one not special enough . "Any were you could think of? Your the bride after all." Bexley says. "How about the small shop on the corner." I say. "Are you sure?" She asks. "Yep." I say. Bexley turns into the parking lot. "Alright." We go in and I ask the elderly woman at the counter "Do you have any wedding gowns?"  "Ah. Yes. Follow me dear." She says. We follow her down a long hall way, before we enter a room she asks. "Who is the bride?" Bexley points to me. "Me mam." I say. "Ahh. And congratulations." "Thank you." The lady puts me into a dressing room and Bexley into a room near by to wait in. She comes back with five dresses in her arms. The lady try's to put each dress on a rack but drops one. I get up and get it for her then put it on the rack. "Oh,thank you my dear." She says. "You welcome." She puts me into a simple white dress with a diamond belt. I walk out to Bexley. "What do you think?" I ask. "Eh." She says. "Yeah, can we go to the next one please?" I ask. "Yes, this way dear." The lady says. While putting me into the next dress I ask. "What is your name?" "Lily, and yours my dear?" She says. "I'm Kate." I say. "You remind me of my little girl." She says. "What is her name?" I ask. "Silvia." She says. "Very pretty." I say. "Thank you dear." She says. This dress is a big ball gown with a light gold trim. I walk out. "Not really." She says. "Back to the drawing board." I say. The next one is a tight fit with a light blue fit. "Oh, well that's different." Bexley says. "Are you kidding me." I say. The last dress is absolutely gorgeous. It is a simple white dress, small train, lace on the bottom and arms, and a veil that is attached to a small crown of roses that goes to my ankles. "I love it." I say. I walk out. Bexley starts to cry. "That's the one." She says. "We'll take this one please." I say. I change into my normal clothes and pay for the dress next we meet Nixon for wedding arrangements, after we finish those we go home.
