The wedding couldn't have come any sooner. Nixon just left,I am just now being dressed and covered in sparkles. I told my cousin Susan, that I only wanted a little make up, not much because I wanted to look as natural as possible. So in her defense she coated me in sparkly blush and eye shadow and the tiniest bit of eye liner with mascara. Bexley puts on my veil and hands me a bouquet of red roses with white ribbon wrapped around the stems. We go down the stairs, Bexley and a couple of my cousins are my bridesmaids, they are all dresses in a simple dark blue up top that fades into a light aqua and white at the bottom colored dress that goes to your knees in the front and ankles in the back, with a diamond belt, three red rose bouquet and short sleeves. It is currently five, and the wedding is starts at five thirty. We are in a white horse drawn carriage at the time. "So, are you excited?" Bexley asks me. "Well excited and extremely nervous." I say. "You'll be fine! Nixon loves you, and if he didn't you both wouldn't be here today getting married." She says. I smile at her. "Gee. Thanks for the encouragement." I say. We all laugh , get out of the carriage, go up to the steps of the church and wait at the doors. The flower girls go out, next my brides maids with Nixon' s groomsmen. The pianist starts to play, my boss of were I work stands at the doors I can hear him call. "Now announcing the bride!" He opens the doors an I start to walk down the isle. Nixon and everyone eyes glued to me. I can't help but smile and cry tears of joy at the same time. I reach Nixon, take his hand, we walk up the steps to the priest. He says a few words, we say our vows, then the priest finally says. "Nixon Thomas Willows and Kate Alana Haddock, I now pronounce you husband and wife, Nixon you may kiss your bride."  Nixon carefully flips my veil back and kisses me like never before. We release and Nixon carries me down the isle and back down the steps of the church and into the carriage.  Were we ride to the reception area. We get there, the photographer takes bunches of pictures. Then both of us go to separate rooms to change. I change into the same exact dress as my brides maids except mine is covered in sequins with red rose belt and halo. I step out of the dressing room to meet Nixon at the same time, he is dressed in a blue dress shirt and white pants. "Ready to go?" He asks. "If you are." I say with a smile. We walk hand in hand out to the party, everyone once again cheering. Nixon and I walk around, and talk to our friends. Nixon's elderly grandmother who is in a wheelchair calls us over we come. "Yes?" I ask. "I'v got a question for the both of you." She says. Oh know. Don't you dare ask it. I think to my self. "Can I expect and great grand children from the both of you?" She asks. Everyone swarms us. Nixon looks at me. "We'll see. Maybe one day." I say. The old woman nods. "uh huh, that's good enough for me." She says, then looks around and waves her hands in the air. "Oh go on, leave them be!" She says as she try's to swat the people away. Nixon and I try not to laugh . It's getting late and we have to be on a plane soon so he asks. "May I have the last dance of the evening with you?" I look around. "Well I don't see anyone else asking, so I guess so." We laugh and go to the middle of the floor. We dance slowly, I lay my head on his shoulder. When the song it over, we tell everyone good bye, get in the carriage and they take us to the air port. We get on the plane, Nixon and I are towards the middle. We sit down and he asks me. "So are you excited?" "Yes! I'v always wanted to go there!" I say excitedly. "I can't wait to show you around around." We are going to London for our honeymoon. Nixon used to spend his summers there with his grandparents. "I still can't believe you scored these tickets!" I say. The plane takes off and as we go I look a the clock on the plane, "Jeez it's already midnight." I say. Nixon puts his arm around me. "Time fly's when you get married to the prettiest girl in the world." He says. I smile. "Try to sleep love." He says. I rest my head on his right shoulder and close my eyes. I awake to Nixon gently telling me to wake. I slowly open my eyes. "Were here." He says while looking out the window.I sit up. "Really?" I ask. "Yep, were flying right over London right now." He says. I look out the window and I am amazed at all the things I see. The plane lands,we get our luggage, find a cab and ride to Nixon''s grandmother's house. We are on her door step. "What's her name again?" I ask him. The door opens as he says. "Callie." She welcomes us in and shows us to our room. We unpack and meet her in the kitchen. "So how long are you staying deary's?" She asks. "Fourteen days Miss Callie." I say. "Oh, that's lovely dear." She says. "I'm glad to see my little Nixon again, and my new grand kid Kate." She says. We smile. "So were do you wanna go first?" Nixon asks. "I don't know. What ever you wanna do." I say. "Well we could go to the coffee shop around the corner because both of us could use some coffee, then go walk around a little. "Ok sounds good." I say. We go to our room. Nixon grabs some clothes to change into, then goes to the bathroom across the hall. I stay in our temporary room and change into a white t-shirt,blue jeans and sneakers. I brush my hair and leave it down, then I meet Nixon down stairs he has on a red shirt, blue jeans, sneakers and a black jacket. "You better go get a jacket love, it gets chilly in the morning." He says. I back to our room and grab my light purple jacket and put it on. Nixon and I go outside and he gets into a small car. I hesitate he smiles and motions for me to come. I do so and say "Isn't that Callie's car?" I ask. "Yeah , she' letting us borrow it, now come on." He says. I get in the car. He stars it and we drive to the coffee shop. We order and sit with our coffee making small talk. "So how about we see the London Eye first." He says. "Whats that?" I ask. "It's a giant fares wheel." He says. "Oh. Ok." I say. He is about to say something else when a  waitress taps his shoulder. "Hey Nixon, it's me Janice." She says. "Oh, hey it's good to see you again, Kate this is Janice we used to work together in the summers." I shake her hand and smile. "So Nixon is this your girlfriend?" She asks. He smiles and looks at me. "Uh no shes my wife actually." He says. "Wow, congrats how long have you been married?" She asks. "Not long we actually just got married yesterday and just got here this morning." He says. She rubs his shoulder. He stands and brushes her hand away. He looks at me again. "Well, Janice i'm sorry to cut our conversation short but I came here to spent time with my wife, and we have to get going." I stand and walk next to him. "Come along Kate we have much to see." He says as we walk out the door and get into Callie's car. "I'm so sorry about Janice. I didn't want her to do that." He says. "Nixon it's ok, you did the right thing. " I say. "I can promise you it wont happen again." He says. "Nixon. Really, it's fine I believe you." I say.
