"Hello Page." Joel repeats, looking for a reply. I sat in shock. This person, who nearly killed me and my friends, wants me to say hello to him. I begin to feel my anger rising.

"Get out." I spit at the figure, sharply pointing to the door. Joel moves forwards, resting his weight on the end of my bed, nearly catching my dead leg. I shuffle away from him, a sour look on my face.

"Why would I, I can finally kill you like I planned to do all along, without any disruptions!" He laughs like a maniac, enjoying the moment a little too much. "Then I can kill all your friends, and your precious prince, and everyone here! I will be famous for infiltrating and murdering the whole company. Yet, you are quite famous yourself." He looks down at me, smiling.

"W-what do you mean?" I ask. Joel laughs.

"I mean, you infiltrated the leader's heart. And you were his opponent at the time!" Joel laughs once again. He pauses, reconsidering his plan. "I have a new plan. You. You are coming with me!" He shrieks, grabbing my arm and yanking me out of bed. I scream, kicking and yelling as much as I can, which isn't very much seeing as one of my legs is dead. I remember my emergency red button which is beside my feet. I hit it discretely, not letting Joel know I'm stalling for time. "Your leg is dead?" He notices. "That isn't helping!" He picks me up, slinging me over his shoulder, much to my complaint. He begins to move towards the door as it flies open. Hunter!

"Hunter! I didn't know you were here!" I shouted over Joel's shoulder.

"Yeah, I was just coming to see you and talk about... something, when I got told you hit your emergency button. I rushed over. Gruff Killer Joel, we meet again." Hunter tells me, squaring up to Joel. Joel slings me to the side, much to my discomfort. I drop to the floor, scooting over to my bed, watching Hunter kick Joel to the floor. Hunter kicks Joel in the stomach repeatedly, Joel's face turning red in pain. Hunter rushes over to me and slings me over his shoulder, running to the reception and setting me down in a seat. I attempt to get up as Hunter pushes me down, calling for Desmond, who happened to be nearby, to make sure I stay in the seat. Desmond rushes to the seat beside me as Hunter runs farther into the hospital alone, to defend me. I push Desmond away, grabbing a crutch leant on the seat to my left, putting it under my arm and rush off to find Hunter and help him. A dead leg is not going to stop me from helping my best friend. I check corridor after corridor as I pass, hearing grunts and yells from the room at the end of the corridor I was in. I rush to the door, swinging it open into Joel's face. Hunter lays in the middle of the floor, bloodied and badly wounded.

"HUNTER!" I yell, rushing to his side. "Hunter! Say something! Please!" I look to Joel, who I knocked out with the door when I entered. I look back to Hunter, shaking him to keep him awake. The lights finally come back on, so I see his injuries better. Joel beat Hunter up too well. "DESMOND! SOMEONE! HELP!" I call down the corridor, panicking.

"...Page" Hunter gasps. I grasp his hand, wishing for someone to find us. "Page, go." Hunter tells me between deep breaths. I shake my head, tears now flowing.

"Hunter, someone will come, I promise!" I tell him, squeezing his hand tightly. "I can't lose my best friend, not now!" I tell him. He smiles at me.

"I will be fine, I promise. You need to go, or Joel might wake up." He laughs, suddenly coughing instead.

"HUNTER!" I yell. I turn to the corridor. "DESMOND!" I yell, to hear heavy footsteps begin to move in our direction. "Hunter, hang on!" I turn to face Hunter, wiping my tears. Hunter leans up, kissing me on the cheek.

"Page, go. You can hear someone is coming. You need to go back to your bed." Hunter gasps. I refuse.

"I'm not leaving you!" I shout. The footsteps end at the door. I turn to see Desmond, stunned at the damage. "Desmond!" I gasp. "Please, help him!" I ask him. "You can help!" I reply, the tears reappearing.

"Okay, can you help get him onto the bed?" Desmond asks. I nod, hurriedly getting up and balancing the crutch and Hunter so I can move. We finally get Hunter to the bed, Desmond brushing me out of the way. "Quickly, go find the nurses. This is a bad one." Desmond instructs me. I nod, rushing to the reception.

"Help! Doctor Desmond needs your help! Follow me!" I shout, rushing back to Hunter and Desmond. Every Nurse and Doctor follows me in hot pursuit, worried looks on their faces. I stop at the door, letting everyone past, not daring to see Hunter just yet. I do what Hunter told me to do, and head back to my room. I sit in my bed, grabbing out my notebook and writing out the events of today, and how worried I am. My operation should be tomorrow, but I'm going to postpone it. Hunter needs all attention. I want him to get it. I can wait until Hunter is okay.

I will, no matter what.
