His room was different

"You live here?" I asked in disbelieve. We just got out of his car after passing security. Lila did say he lives in a mansion, but this was more of a castle. I wish I'd live here too. The property is huge and there would be so much space for a cute garden in the front yard.

"No, I just brought you here for fun." His sarcastic tone pulled me out of my astonishment. Is he bipolar? Last time we met, he was nicer? Wasn't he? He is really rude and I'm starting to doubt my decision. What if this all was just his plan? Now he had me in his home and there were no witnesses. Except the staff.

"I told my mom where I was, just so you know." I didn't, because she wouldn't have allowed me to come here. I wasn't even allowed to stay at Mike's house for long. I just told her I was at Lila's for some homework. She told me not to stay for long and be home for dinner.

"Good for you. Now come on." He just shook his head and gestured for me to follow him into the house. I did and made sure to memorize this place as good as I could. From the looks of it, I will have to come here more often than I'd like.

"Is your father here?" I asked, because this would at least make me feel a little better.
"Do you think I'd invite you here if my father was around?" He didn't turn around, just fastened his pace up the stairs. I gulped and followed him.

"Is anybody else here?" I asked, making him sigh.
"Does it look like it?" Why does he have to answer me like that? I kept my mouth shut and continued to follow him until we stopped in front of a door.

He gave me a weird look before he eventually opened the door.

I almost gasped when I stepped into his room. It was different than I expected it to be. The walls are a light grey and his carpet is blue. I expected everything to be black, but he had a little color in his room and I was not mad about it.

"Come here." I heard his voice and looked over to him. He was seated on the couch and in front of him was a huge TV. I walked over and stopped in front of him. He patted the spot next to him and I slowly sat down next to him, leaving a few inches of space between us.

He surprised me when he lied his head down on my lap and sighed, before turning on the TV. I didn't know what to do, so I kept my gaze on the TV. I hoped I didn't have a booger or something like that. But at the same time, maybe he'd be grossed out and leave me alone.

"Massage my head." I snapped my eyes to him and saw him already looking at me. I gulped but nodded. I thought I saw the corners of his mouth twitch, but it was gone before I really saw it. He turned his head to the side and changed his position, so he was now laying on his stomach. He placed his arms on my lap and let his head rest on them, while watching the series.

I started massaging his hair and felt how smooth his hair was. I didn't even realize how smooth it was when I looked at it. I think the fact that he gels it so much doesn't give it any justice. As I looked back at the TV I saw that Quantico was on and I love that show. I just couldn't help but watch it with him.

When I got to the front part of his hair I felt the hardness of the gel and made a face. It didn't feel good, but he expected me to do that. I don't know for how long I sat there and massaged his head, but when I heard his faint snores I knew it was long enough to make him fall asleep.

Quantico was long over too, so I didn't find any reason as to why I'd stay here. I stopped my hands from moving and slowly pulled them out of his hair. He was still fast asleep and the only thing that was holding me up was the fact that he was laying on my lap.

I sighed quietly and lifted his head up carefully. I slowly slid down the couch and stood up. He was still sleeping and I wiped imaginary sweat off my forehead. I looked down at him for a couple of seconds, surprised at the little smile he had on his lips.

He looked so cute and this was the first time I actually saw him with some sort of disheveled hair. Even when he was a kid he had gel in his hair. It's really not beneficial for his good looks. But he still looks attractive and I can't deny that.

I shook my head and quietly walked out of the room. It was so silent in this house, it was scary. I didn't even know what time it was, but the sun was already setting, so I figured I should go home. I cursed myself when I realized I had no chance of going home. Walking, that is. But I also couldn't drive, so what was I going to do?

I didn't even know where I was. Just when I was about to pull my phone out of my backpack it started ringing loudly. I panicked and ran downstairs, so I wouldn't wake Chandler. I saw my mom's name and was afraid to pick it up, but she would just worry if I wouldn't pick up, so I did.

"Hey." I said.
"Dinner is served and there is no sight of you. I thought I told you to come home before dinner. Where are you?" Her angry voice reached my ears.

"We needed some more time on a math task, but I'm on my way now." I said and heard mom sigh.
"Alright. Is Misses Green driving you?" She asked.
"No, she couldn't." I hated lying to my mom, but this was necessary.

"Why didn't you tell me, I could've picked you up." Mom asked worriedly and I panicked.
"I-I wanted to walk. My head hurts from all that studying." I said.

"Alright, dear. Come home quickly and we'll talk later. Your food is still warm." She said.
"Thanks mom. I can't wait to taste it." I said and we hung up on each other.

"You're not going anywhere." I heard a tired voice say from behind me and froze in my spot.
