Rogue x reader

Rogue is my second favorite dragon slayer. I had to do him. I don't want this to be too terribly long. It isn't a book and if I had time I'd totally do so. So many conversations are kinda cut short.

3rd Pov
Y/n Dragneel is Natsu Dragneel's little sister. The two were separated in the forest when they were young. While Natsu was taken in by Igneel the fire dragon, Y/n was taken in by Hydranna the water dragon.

The two reunited at years later at Fairy Tail. When the S-class promotion trials rolled around, Y/n didn't go because she was only ten.

Y/n Pov
It's been a couple years since Nii-San, Erza-nee, and everyone disappeared on Tenrou. I was beyond heartbroken. I cried for a week. To get my mind off of it, I went on a mission.

Me and my exceed Lola make our way through the woods where we are supposed to retrieve a special flower. The problem is its guarded by a beast.

"Is Y/n sure we should've gone without help?" Lola asks nervously. "Shouldn't we have asked Alzack or Max to come with us."

"No way. I'm a Dragneel. My brother is one of the most destructive forces of nature I know of. I can get a simple plant," I state confidently though deep inside I had some doubts.

We arrive at the grove. Flowers bloom everywhere. "Wow! Pretty!" Lola exclaims flying around.

"Careful, we don't know what's around." Lola simply told me ok then kept flying around. I sighed and began looking around for a flower that glimmers in the sun. After a hour of searching with no luck, I took a break. It was hot. "Lola?" I notice my exceed wasn't with me. "Lola!"

"Y/n!" The exceed flew rapidly toward me. "Lo found the flower!" She held up a sparkling rose.

"Awesome!"

"But there's a monster after Lo." It took me a second to process what she said. The ground began to shake. A shadow covered us. I looked up to see a Venus fly trap. It had sharp fangs and drool dripped down. I paled.

I jumped out of the way of an attack and prepared my own. "Water dragon-" before I finished, I was grabbed by a vine. If constricted tighter against me making it hard to breathe.

"Y/n!"

"No, Lo, don't." I see tears in her eyes but I force a smile. I'm a Dragneel. I'll get out of this.

"Shadow dragon wing attack!" Someone yells. The vine is cut and I fall screaming. I land in someone's arms. It was a boy maybe a year older than me. He had black hair and red eyes. He put me at a safe distance. "Stay here."

Instead of opposing, I watched. He uses shadow magic. Shadow dragon slayer magic. There are more of us.

The boy took the plant monster down quickly. He looks at me and my heart skips a beat. "Are you ok?"

I can only nod.

That day, I met my mate, Rogue Cheney. After he saved me, we ran into each other again a month later. I met his adorable exceed Frosch who instantly got along with Lola. It sounds cheesy but I fell in love with him more and more each time. But there was a problem.

I was a Fairy

He was a Tiger

When he brought it up, I was faced with the decision, stay or go. I had asked Kinana what she thought. She said follow my heart but I'd always be a member no matter what.

So I left and joined Sabertooth.
It was an adjustment. To go from care free to strict was hard but I got used to it. But it became hard once I was sixteen and Rogue was seventeen.
