Zeref Pov

Y/n sleeps soundly in my arms. She held tightly to my robe as if she were scared I'd leave.

I'm so glad to have her back. I don't want to loose her like I did Mavis.

"Your majesty," Invel called. I looked back at him.

"The plan will continue. We'll retrieve Lumen Histoire."

Y/n Pov
I woke up. I saw all my toys and things. I was home. But when I woke up, there was a blonde man sitting in a chair. He looked like he was praying. I crawl out of bed and walking over to him tugging his clothing.

"Hi!"

He jumped in surprise. "You're awake."

"What's your name?" I ask. His black eyes stare into my red ones. He has blonde spiky hair. Not as wild as Natsu-nii's though.

"My name is Rahkeid Dragneel."

"Dragneel." The same last name as Natsu-nii. Rahkeid kneeled down in front of me.

"Yes. I'm Zeref's son. Your biological older brother."

Zeref Pov

I head to Y/n's room to see if she was awake. To my surprise, she and Rahkeid are playing with some of her dolls. If Mavis, Natsu and our parents were here, this would be the type of life I would want.

However the world is cruel. Our parents are dead. Natsu doesn't remember anything. Mavis is in Lumen Histoire. And I have this blasted curse.

Rahkeid uses a form of light magic. I can sense Y/n has dark magic on the other hand. It may be why I can feel love for her without killing her with my curse.

Rahkeid looks up first. Y/n copies. She smiles widely and runs to me.

"Daddy!" She gives me a hug. "I've been playing with Rahkeid-nii. He told me he's my real big brother."

"Really?" I fake surprise about her playing with Rahkeid. "That's nice." Rahkeid then stood up.

"I must leave for now. See you later Imotou." Rahkeid leaves the room. Y/n waves to him. The door closes. I sigh.

"What's wrong daddy?"

"Y/n, you aren't mad that I didn't tell you about Rahkeid?"

"No. Nii-chan said that you didn't want me to get involved in grown up things. He knew that if you told me, I'd want to be like all little sisters and follow my big brother around. If I did that, I'd learn things you didn't want me to know right now."

I was shocked at her response. But I couldn't help but smile. "You're a very smart girl." Y/n smiles but it soon fades. She looks around in panic. "What's wrong?"

"Mary. I don't know where she is." Tears pool in her eyes. I almost forgot. Mary was her favorite doll and she took it everywhere.

Before I had it made, she told me she had a dream of a girl with long blonde hair and big green eyes. Y/n had the dream for a week and Irene convinced her that it was an angel watching over her. So for a birthday present, I had a doll made that looked like the 'Angel' Y/n saw. She called it Mary and carried it everywhere.

"Don't worry. I promise we find it," I say. I wipe her tears away.

"B-but Mary won't be here to protect me anymore," Y/n replies. My eyes widen in shock. "I don't want to be taken away from you by those scary men again."

"Y/n-" more tears fall from her eyes.

"I don't want to loose my family. I love you, Rahkeid-nii, and Uncle Natsu."

"How'd you-"

"Rahkeid told me. But I don't think he likes him. I love Natsu and I want you to be happy. Mommy isn't here. I don't want you to loose your family. Please, don't let them take me again!"

"Y/n-" Y/n buries her head in my chest crying. She grasps my robes tightly. I wrap my arms around her. Tears threaten to fall from my own eyes.

Y/n...

I love you

And I will never loose you again

I finally did it. It was a bit hard since the Alvarez arc isn't finished. I didn't want to stop it at a random part.
