Rogue x reader [2]

It was August 19th X780. In a small village called Allegra, a small green cat wearing a pink frog suit wanders lost. Tears brim it's eyes as it now realizes the situation.

"Hey, why are you crying?" A little girl asked. She had h/c hair and e/c eyes. She wore a pink cat eared hoodie and a white dress with a pink ribbon. Needless to say, pink was the girl's favorite color.

"Frosch is lost and can't find Rogue," Fro cried running into the girl's arms. The girl wiped the tears away from his eyes.

"Don't worry. I'll help you find Rogue." Frosch stopped crying.

"You will?" The girl nodded. "Yay. We're going to find Rogue."

The girl giggled at the little cat. "Oh. My name's Y/n by the way."

"Y/n?" Y/n nodded.

"It was my grandma's name. She was a music Mage. One day, I'm going to became one too," Y/n said determined.

"Rogue's a Mage too!" Frosch exclaimed.

"Really! what kind?" Y/n asked. Before Frosch could answer, his stomach growled loudly.

"Fro's hungry." Y/n giggled.

"Let's get lunch then we'll look for Rogue."

Growing up in Allegra village, Y/n knew where all the best spots to eat were. Carrying Frosch, she pointed out various shops and cool places around the village. They were about to head into a cafe when Frosch saw an ice cream stand.

"Fro wants ice cream," Frosch said pointing to the stand where a man was scooping ice cream for some little kids.

"Ok then." Y/n brought a chocolate cone for Frosch and a strawberry one for herself.

The two went and sat on a bench facing a small pond. Frosch happily licked at his cone getting some on his nose. He looked over at Y/n and smiled. The girl giggled and used a napkin to wipe Frosch's nose.

"Y/n, you are a music mage right?" Frosch asked. Y/n nodded.

"Well I'm training to become one," she replied.

"Can you sing Fro a song?" Frosch asked hopefully. Y/n couldn't say no to his big innocent eyes.

"Ok." Y/n closed her eyes and faced the pond. Her body glowed blue as she sang.

To the sea

While Y/n sang, bubbles arose from the lake. They shimmered a sparkly blue. Frosch laughed and tried to pop the bubbles.

Just across the pond, a young boy with black hair and red eyes watched Frosch as he jumped up and down trying to pop the bubbles. His attention turned to h/c haired girl. Her body was glowing a luminescent blue while her melodic voice filled the air. Her hands waved moving the bubbles closer to Frosch.

When the song finished, he was pulled out of his trance. Now remembering what he was there for, he ran around the pond. "Frosch!" He yelled. Hearing his name, Frosch looked up.

"Rogue!" He cried running towards the male Y/n didn't recognize. The two embraced. Frosch started crying. Y/n stood there smiling watching the reunion.
