chapter 20

Lamia's P.O.V.

I stretched as I woke up. Time to be an ass. I got up and shifted into my human form. I went to slenderman's study and knocked on the door. He opened the door.

" Can you wake everyone up for training and tell them to be out front in 15 minutes?" I asked and he nodded. " Make sure you're as loud as possible."

' any reason why?' He asked.

" One word: Hangover." I said and walked away. I stepped outside and started the clock. Anyone not out here within 15 minutes will be punished. Everyone slowly filed outside. After 15 minutes, the only people not outside were Jeff, Ticci Toby, Bloody Painter, and Ben. They finally came out after 20 minutes.

' I am here as well child. I am hidden in the trees waiting for your signal.' slenderman said and I nodded.

" Okay!" I shouted and everyone winced and groaned. " get with your partners and start sparing. This training session will be a bit more of a test. A fight can happen at any time, no matter how you feel. Your opponent will not be forgiving." I said and they all nodded. They started to spar as I stood on the porch. I raised my hand and static filled my head but I blocked it out. Everyone screamed in agony as they collapsed and I sighed as I put my hand into a fist. The static stopped and everyone slowly recovered.

' you continue to amaze me, Lamia.' slenderman said and I chuckled.

" You all need to learn how to ignore stuff like that. You all are dismissed except for Jeff, Toby, Bloody painter, and ben. I want you four to do 5 laps around the mansion. Have fun~ " I sang and walked inside. I stretched myself across the couch and frowned. I wanna chase something. I went upstairs and to my room and rummaged through my drawers. I pulled out a bunch of metal pieces and a few electronics. I also pulled out my journal. I opened it to a blank page and took notes as I put everything together.

I looked at my finished product and smiled. I put away my journal and took my new creation outside. I set it on the ground and turned it on. It sped off into the trees. I waited for half a minute before chasing after it. Once I got past the treeline I shifted into a cat and continued the chase. My paws silently pounded on the ground as I ran.  After a while I caught up to it and tackled it. It powered down and I stood up straight. I held it in my mouth and looked around. Something is.... wrong. Very wrong. I cautiously started walking forward when I was suddenly tackled to the side. I quickly separated from my attacker and looked at them. I seen an orange tabby and hissed at it. My tail lashed from side to side as we stared at each other. We both started slowly moving in a circle as we kept eye contact. The tabby ran at me and I quickly dodged it. I clawed at it and caught it's side. It hissed and clawed at me. I couldn't dodge in time and it's claws dug into my face. I hissed and shifted into a neko. I jump into a tree and held my cheek as it bled slightly. It healed fairly quickly and the tabby stared at me.

" I'm not here to take over your territory. I just want to get my toy and I'll leave." I said and the tabby sat down and lowered it's head as a sign of respect. I got down and grabbed the thing I made. I nodded my head at the tabby and started walking back towards the mansion. I heard a meow and looked to see the tabby behind me. I examined the cat and my eyes widened. I shifted back into a cat and started sniffing the tabby. I sat down and bowed my head. I looked back at the tabby and shifted into a human. The tabby changed into a woman with lavender hair and blue eyes.

" It's so good to see you again Lamia." The woman said and I smiled.

" It's good to see you too auntie." I laughed. " Still dying your hair?" I asked and she nodded.

" Still trying to be little-Miss-tough?" She laughed and I pulled my knife on her.

" I don't try, I am." I said and we both laughed as I put my knife away.

" Why don't we go over to my cabin and catch up on life?" She offered and I nodded. We both shifted into a cat and ran off. I followed her to a small cabin and we went inside. We both changed to our neko form and sat at her table.

" What have you been up to?" I asked. She smiled at me.

" After the incident I came out here. Your mom and I used to play here in the summer so I made it home to me. I hunt for my food and still train as much as possible. Still trying to find the bastard who killed ur parents." She declared.

" Sounds like you have fun." I chuckled.

" Not really." She laughed. " What about you?"

" I was raised by a human woman after what happened. She took care of me and helped me as much as possible. I have a boyfriend. His name is Cameron. I'm living with him and his 'family' at the moment. I started training them but they don't know that I'm a neko. And that's pretty much it." I said. She smiled at me.

" You're parents would be proud of you." She said.

" I-" I was cut off by a knock on the door. My aunt made a shushing motion as she pulled a buck mark camper out of a drawer. I pulled out my knife and followed her towards the door. We glanced at each other and she cocked her gun. There was writing on the side of it but I didn't care right now.

" Who is it and what do you want?" My aunt asked through the door.

" My name is smexy. I'm looking for a girl named Lamia." A familiar voice said and I rolled my eyes. It was offenderman.

" Go fuck yourself." I said.

'smexy?' my aunt mouthed to me and I sighed.

" Now why would I do that?" He asked and teleported in. " Two lovely ladies are write here. A rose my love." He offered my aunt a orange rose and my aunt almost accepted it.

" Mother fucker." I growled and stabbed him. He screeched and I grabbed my aunt. I dragged her out the house and towards the mansion. I sighed and called out to slenderman. He teleported to where I was.  I took my aunt's gun from her hand before she could shoot him. The words started to glow and so did the words on my knife. Only then did it hit me. She was one of the profits. That was my last thought as my vision blurred and the world started to tilt.
