First off I would just like to apologize for taking sooo long to update. I just wasn't in the mood to write--like ever--and I would rather take my time and write decent-to-good writting rather than just spitting out shit. Like I said in the last chapter (I think) this is the final chapter and just like literally every story I have ever written, the endings somehow end up being cheesy,,,,so like, enjoy that.

In other news, I have a ton of other stories that I have started and would like to finish, but don't be expecting those for a while because I don't want to do what I do with all my stories; which is get super impatient and publish them when I know for a fact I will not be able to update regulaury.

ANYWAYS, enough rambling. Heres the chapter and stuff.

-------

Secrets were definitely hard to keep, especially from Vic. I felt like I was lying to him and he knew it. Fortunately, I wouldn't have to do it for much longer. The point was to surprise Vic with the apartment Jenna, Tay and I would be sharing. And I felt like it would pay off, because I'd like to think he will be proud of me, and happy to have me out of his room finally.

Vic and I laid out on his bed. It was purely innocent. We were simply listening to music. I was showing him all my favorite songs and he showed me his. His taste in music was much different from mine, but it was still good.

"I'm going to miss this," I said, closing my eyes. I loved spending time with Vic and I knew It was going to be hard not seeing him everyday.

"What do you mean?" He asked. My eyes sprung open when I realized what I had just said. So much for keeping it a secret.

"Um..."I started, trying to just come up with something before giving in.

"Victor," I heard behind Vic's bedroom door, followed by a knock and then the door opening.

Vic shot up from his place beside me on the bed as his dad let himself in. I sat up too, but wanting more than anything to fall into this bed and disappear. How did we not lock the door? His dad's eyes fell to mine first, but I was quick to look away from his. I looked to Vic instead, who looked mess. You could tell he was an angel child who never stepped outside his parent's rules.

"Well, I was going to ask you to turn down the music, but it seems we have something else to discuss." He spoke with a knowing look, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I'm sorry, dad. I know I'm not supposed to have anyone up here without mom or your consent."

"If you know, why do it?"

"I'm sorry." He said simply.

"It's okay. I'm leaving." I said, standing from the bed, getting my bag and walking out of the room. I wanted to say bye to Vic, but I felt that would only make the situation worse. And I guess I should have said something to his dad out of respect, but he kind of scared me.

"Wait!" I heard being called out, followed by the sound of what I knew was Vic following behind me. Vic grabbed at my arm, pulling me to turn around.

"Where are you going to go?" He asked.

"The shelter." I shrugged.

"Do you want me to take you?" He offered.

I shook my head. "No, that would probably make things worse. Just go make sure your dad doesn't hate you." I said before leaving and starting my lengthy walk.
