4 months later...

Y/n's POV

I lay there, it was horrible. Staying like that; terrifying.
They said I had a 10% change of waking up but 10 to me is pretty much 0%.
C/n visits everyday, telling me how his day was.
Today was special though.

C/n's POV

I parked my car into the parking lot, unbuckle my seat belt and walk in with fresh flowers.
Today was our one year anniversary. I'd hoped that I'd be able to spend it with a conscious Y/n, but she was still in her coma.
I wave to the old lady at the front desk and take the elevator up to the third floor.
It had become quite familiar, knowing she's been in a coma for 4 months.
It was almost like I've given up hope for her waking up but somewhere deep in my heart I had a tiny bit of hope.

I sit down next to her unconscious body. She was still beautiful. Her hair had grown quite a bit since her car crash.
I lightly grab her hand and kiss it.

"Happy anniversary baby." I said, tears dripping down my cheeks.

I place her favorite flowers, roses, into the empty flower pot.

As I sit I realize how much I need to pee. I quickly rush off to the washroom.

Y/n's POV

My eyes, they were opening! I could feel my hands move again as I slowly sat up.

No way...

This couldn't be happening.

My left leg wasn't moving. I try to move it but it doesn't work.
I call for a nurse. They quickly rush into my room and gasp.

"Y/n! You're awake!" I had no clue who she was but I imagined she was probably one of the nurses assigned to me or something.

I smile at her and glance down at my leg.

"My-my leg won't move..." I stutter.

Suddenly I see C/n in the doorway. He runs as fast as he can, tears streaming down his rosy cheeks.

"Y/n!" He practically yells, engulfing me into a tight embrace. "I love you so so so much." He mumbles into my hair.

"I thought I'd lost you." He said, now sobbing.

The nurse had called my family. Once they came I had enough flowers to have a garden. My mom couldn't stop crying.

3 years later

I cuddled in bed next to my husband, C/n. It was insane how fast time went by with him by my side.

Turns out my left leg got paralyzed from the car accident but a few years later I slowly got feelings back to it.

I'm now pregnant with twins! Wasn't really expecting it but it's still extremely exciting.

C/n pulled the blanket up and pulled my closer.

"Remember that time you were in that coma?" He asks me.

I giggle.

"I try not to remember." I reply, wrapping my arms around his neck.

He pecked my nose and smiled.

"You're such a blessing." He tells me.

I lay my head down on his chest. Soon after that I was asleep.
