I just got back from the concert I went to, and it was amazing. I sang along to every song they sang, and screamed at the top of my lungs. I missed Roy English, the first opening act, but I did see Hey Violet. They were *amazing* and to my surprise, my DAD liked them. I got a T-Shirt, which did cost $40, but it was totally worth it. :)
The boys opened with Carry On, and then sang Hey Everybody and then straight into Money. THey also sang Castaway, Waste the Night, Vapor, Outer Space, Permanent Vacation, Amnesia, Good Girl, She's Kinda Hot, She Looks so Perfect, Disconnected, Don't Stop and What I like about you.
During Jet Black Heart, which they also sang, Michael was alone on stage for the first verse. The audience(me included, obviously) screamed for him and started chanting his name. We even prevented him from singing the song for a good 2 minutes. They also sang an acoustic version of San Francisco in the encore(And according to Michael, this was not on the set list to begin with. We had to be the loudest crowd in order to get them to sing it), only Michael playing the guitar. After they sang Girls Talk Boys, we all held up purple hearts with our phone flashlights behind them, with the front sections holding up signs saying "Listen to Us". The plan was to start singing Wherever You are to the boys if they noticed. They did notice, but we didn't end up singing, since Michael kept on talking about how pretty it looked. They ended up having ALL the lights turned off except for the phone flashlights, and taking a photo of it. (Calum took the photo) We even dazzled Luke. :)
We got to chose a song for them to sing (an old one and not Don't Stop since they already sang it) and we got them to sing Pizza! <3 <3 <3
I had such a good time with my cousins and my Dad, and I would recommend going to one if you have the money, time and they're going to a city near you!
It was easily the best night of my life so far, and not something I'm going to forget. I have about 22 videos of them on my phone. Including all of JBH and Pizza. Looooovvvvveeeeee you guys so much. I would put the videos on here but it won't let me use a non YouTube video. UPDATE: The t-shirt I got 😊
