15. The only one

I turned around and walked away.

"Ashley, wait" Luke said in a deep, calm voice.

I ignored him and went upstairs, and locked my door, looking for the razor blades.

"Where the fuck are they!?" I asked to myself.

I opened the drawer of my bedside table, there they were. I picked one up and started cutting, like i need months ago, because I was never good enough. I didn't want people to hear me complaining, so I did it to myself.

Luke started shouting my name, knocking the door, asking for me to open it. I ignored him.

It got silent, and right after i heard a loud noise, like someone hit a door with his fist. It was probably Luke.

A couple of minutes later i heard someone opening the door downstairs, it could be Hazel who just came back from Gina, we found the keys in my bag btw.

Someone tried to open my bedroom door.

"Ashley?"

It was Hazel.

"I'm not in the mood, i'm sleeping" i lied.

"Text me if you need me, I came home to see what you were doing.

Bye, i love you!" Hazel said, leaving the house.

I put my blades down and picked up my phone, scrolling trough twitter.

'They are so cute' someone tweeted with the same picture.

I changed my header, who was luke, into a random picture of some sky with dark clouds.

@Ashleyslife: They think they care, but they don't.

I tweeted, getting loads of replies with 'is it over?'.

I followed some people and logged off.

I opened my door and found Luke sitting on the floor, with his fist all red and swollen up.

"I thought you left" i said

"I didn't" he said looking up to me

Then it got silent, just us two, staring at each other.

"Ashley, I just want you to know that I love you so much, and I would never cheat on you. I don't have a reason to. I love you too much to let go"

"Why did you hit a wall, Luke"

"I wanted to let out my anger. I was afraid to lose you."

"Why a wall?"

"It's a person or an object, I can't hurt you, there is no boy, so a wall.

Ashley, i can't let you go, you're the only one i love."

"Luke, i don't wanna talk right now"

Luke looked at me, sighed and walked downstairs.

I started crying and letting myself fall against the wall, staring at it. It got me thinking.

Luke's really upset, I only think about myself. It's all my fault. I got angry for nothing. He had hurt himself for nothing. I walked downstairs and saw luke putting on his coat. I walked to him and hugged him very tight.

"I love you" i said, looking him straight into his eyes.

"I love you more" he said, kissing me very soft on the lips.
