❝I never agreed to going on a date with you. I will admit that the date does sound promising, but you never asked me.❞

"So, does that mean you are agreeing to going on a date with me now?"

"Why? I thought you wanted me to ask."

"Attention! Everyone! I am on the phone with the greatest barista in this cafe right now and I would like to put her on speaker phone despite being right there in front of the counter."

"Nerissa, oh Nerissa, will you honor me in this cafe by saying yes to a date with me?"
