"Honeyyyy! I'm hoooome!" A sweet voice drifted from the lobby. Draco stood quickly and ran to the lobby. Astoria came in, wobbling very unstably with a bottle clutched in her hand. Oh not again, Draco thought as he strode up to his wife.

"Hey Astoria we need to get you-"

He abruptly interrupted by a hard kiss.

Bloody hell this woman tastes like Vodka. I bet she has been at the pub again with her friends.

Astoria, beautiful brunette woman that stood almost as tall as her husband, were good acquaintances ever since they were young. They both had rich family's and visited each other very often. After the war, they had drifted away from one another until it was brought up by Draco's parents. On their deathbed, they wanted Draco to marry Astoria to continue the Pureblood line. To complete their dying wish, he soon found her and married a year later.

This brought a lot of attention to them; the richest man in the world marrying the Hottest Model of the Year (named by Witch Weekly). Soon thereafter, they both had son, Scorpius. They both loved them with all of their hearts, as you could imagine, but once he was born it was like Astoria was released from her chains. She could go anywhere she desired without her husband nagging at her to stay safe when she was pregnant.

She waited until Scorpius was old enough to mostly take care of himself, with help from the house elves, and until Draco went on long business trips. She snuck out and joined her friends at the pubs, basking in the attention the photographers willingly gave her. Eventually Draco caught on and her outings became a few every month. Draco wasn't sure about what she did when she went to the pub, but he knew it wasn't good.

"Hey baby," she giggled with a crooked smile. "Did you miss me?"

Ready to scold her, Draco was cut off by his son who came running into the room shouting, "MOMMY!" Astoria laughed and swung him around saying, "SCORPIUS!" Draco kept his face set, not wanting Astoria to see the delight on his face when his only son was happy, happy because of her. All this commotion brought Hermione to the scene.

Astoria didn't notice at first, which Draco was thankful for, giving all her attention to Scorpius. Finally she straightened up to look at Hermione. Her eyes grew cold, her face contorting to a sneer.  'Who is that?"

"Oh, where are my manners, I'm Hermione Granger." Beaming, she stuck out her hand only to be rejected by her hostess. "Yes, where are your manners? Why are you even in my house?!" She screeched, even the house elves around them took cover.

"Astoria!" Draco scolded. She looked over at him, to Hermione, and back to him. "She has no where else to go so, being the kind friend that I am, she is going to stay with us for a couple of days so she can find somewhere else to live."

Her bloodshot eyes looked over Hermione, surveying every little inch of her. She took a swig from her bottle. "Fine, she can stay." Scorpius screamed, "YAY!" and ran to Hermione, giving her the biggest hug he could muster. Jealousy filled in Astoria's eyes as she saw her son leap to a stranger and hug them just like he did to her.

"Honey, let's go upstairs and clean you up." Draco grasped her arm and led her away. He whispered something to the nearest elf which almost skipped to Hermione and Scorpius.

"Master said you can begin eating without his or Astoria's presence," the little elf squeaked. Her big blue eyes looked respectful, her big floppy ears swung from side to side. Hermione was instantly reminded of her attempt at S.P.E.W. and smiled kindly at the elf.

"What is your name?"

"Pokey, Mistress," she said with a bow.

"That is a lovely name!"

The little elf looked like it had been given the fanciest coat in the house. "Th-Thank you M-Mistress!" The little elf started bobbing up and down, very please with her compliment.

Hermione took Scorpius' hand and led him to the dining room to eat their supper.

After finishing their treacle tart, the waistband on Hermione's pants was becoming uncomfortably tight. She hadn't had a feast like this since Hogwarts.

Scorpius had his head resting dangerously close to his pudding so Hermione decided to take him to bed. She picked him up  and swung his legs around her waist. "Pokey, can you take me to his room?"

"Why certainly!" She bobbed in front of them, a little skip in her step. The little elf led her through a labyrinth of hallways then finally stopped in front of a sky blue door. Hermione pushed it open with her hip and she gasped. The ceiling was just like Hogwarts, replace by a night sky full of galaxies. A little blue orb of light served as a nightlight was floating around the room emmitting little squeaks every now and then. She tip toed carefully over the many toys he had scattered across the floor and safely made it to his bed. Once his head hit his pillow he immediately turn out like a light, snoring ever so slightly. Smiling slightly, she leaned down and kissed his forehead. Slowly she backed out of the room and sighed loudly once she reached the hall.

"Thanks," a deep voice said. Hermione jumped and turned to see Draco. "Thanks," he said again, "for doing that. I had to... you know..."

"Yeah, it's ok. Can she be a pain sometimes?"

"Ohhh yeah. Especially when she keeps sneaking off like that." He sighed heavily, looking tired. "Hey, let me show you your room."

He walked down the hall just a bit to a dark wood door. All the while, Hermione looked intently at the mansion; the large glass windows, the intricate doors, the professional painting (one in which a little girl waved to her and she waved back), all seemed amazing just lacking something.

"Does it get lonely sometimes? Here? Because it's like so massive?"

Draco pondered about this. "Not really. I'm usually busy with work all the time so I hardly notice. But try asking Scorpius that, the only thing to keep him company is his mother and the house elves."

He pushed open the door and ushered Hermione inside. It was a plain room but still beautiful. It had a king size bed in the far right corner of the room accompanied by a glass nightstand. A gorgeous terrace was straight ahead as you walked into the room. A full bathroom took up the left side of the room and to the right was another door. She walked through it to find a mini library with a desk in the centre of the room. Turning around, Draco had left. She walked back into her bedroom and started to take off her jacket when she jumped at the sound of, "Not quite yet Granger, I'm still here," come from her terrace. His silhouette leaned against the banister looking over his flower garden in the back. She joined him, amazed at the view.

"I chose this room just for you," he said peering at her figure. She hadn't grown much since they left Hogwarts. She gazed over at him.

"Thanks Malfoy. I love it."

He stopped, sounding so familiar when she said, "I love you."

"Hermione?"

She turned to him.

He paused again.

"What?"

He sighed. No, I'm not going to ask now.

"It's good to see you again."

That dazzling smile lit up her face. "It's good to see you too Draco."
