*Jon's PoV*

I spoke to the detective, who agreed to set up a surveillance and arrest them all as the deal goes down, which will lead to us finding Peyton. I also come to a deal with them, so no matter how deep we both have to go to get this to work, we get to go free.

The detective was more than willing as if this plan worked out, they would be getting one of the biggest drug lords.

Hours passed, and my phone rings and I answered it. It was the detective who was in the other town wanting to meet up with us.

We arrived at the spot where the detective was at, she walks over with an officer with a package

"Hey boys" she smiled "detective Edith Jacob" she said walking over to us "so to get this to work we need a tracker placed on the stash" she said pulling out a small device, "flick this switch which will activate the device, this way we can keep track of the gear, also we will also have some idea of where you will be" she added

"Yeah, about that we not doing anything till I see the proof that we get to walk free," I said as she put the device back in the package.

"There in writing in the package with the device" the detective said "just get that device hidden in the stash" she said as I took the package, I looked to Oscar knowing it was down to him to do.

The detective leaves us, and I looked at the time seeing it was close to six o'clock, I knew we had to drive back and get Oscar to his brother and his gang.

"You nervous?" Oscar asked me as I drove.

"No, all I care about is getting Peyton out of there alive" I said looking over to him "you know if I don't get out of there, tell Peyton that I tried, that I love her"

"I will, dude, but if this goes the way we are planning, then we will get out of there in one piece, and you can tell her ya self," Oscar said to me.

I dropped Oscar off, and I sat and waited for him to text me the place of the drop.

I went and sat in a quiet spot sitting waiting for my phone to vibrate. As I was waiting, I decided to ring Norman so I could speak to Maddy.

Norman answered the phone, and I asked to speak to Madison,Norman called her, explaining that Daddy wanted to speak to her

"Daddy," I heard her say down the phone, hearing her innocent voice, which made my whole body weak.

"Hey, Monkey," I said, feeling like I was going to break down at any second. "You behaving for Grandpa and Debi?"

"Yes, we been watching movies," she said

"You feeling better yet?" I asked her. I hated myself for leaving Maddy when she was ill, but I didn't have a choice.

"A little," she said quietly "daddy are you going to bring mommy home?"

Hearing Maddy say that broke my heart "look Monkey, I'm going to try my hardest I promise you that" I said closing my eyes "I got to go, I love you kid" I said

"Love you too, daddy," Maddy said, hanging up the phone.

Not long later, I got the text from Oscar telling me where the drop was going to be, I drove there, seeing that it was at a big estate with warehouses. Most of them were empty.

I drove off, heading to the opposite side of the estate, hiding my car, I grabbed the bag full of guns, taking them with me into the empty warehouse heading for the roof.

I take the a rifle out the bag, setting it up, and I look through the scope, looking in the direction the traffic would come from.

I had been in that position for awhile and it was getting dark when I spotted two black SUVs and a track following them head my way, I watched them pull off in direction that they was meant to and I look through the scope watching as the car stopped.

They start getting out the vehicles and I counted men, all was carrying guns, I then see two of the men open the door pulling out someone who had their hands behind their back and their head covered up with a fabric case.

I quickly recognized it as Peyton her clothes were dirty and blood stained, and my body tensed at what I was seeing.

They entered the warehouse and I looked at the time seeing that in the next ten minutes Oscar and his group would be here, we can make the trade the police would turn up and Peyton would be safe. Or so I thought.
