The Celestial is the place for the Angels. It's in a place that is not there and in a time that doesn't happen. Is there and it is at the same time.
Created by The Father as He Created Earth for humans. What it is not understood by some cannot be explained to others. The Celestial only admits Angels and it is invisible and does not exist to mankind. It is a portal that an Angel knows that by going through it gets faster to other places on Earth avoiding long distance flights in a short period of time. There at the Celestial the Angels are divided in hierarchies but there is not an established government. Angels are free to do anything and go anywhere. Liknal was able to create his insurgent movement taking advantage of this fact. He was able to spread his ideas and ideals easily to a lot of them. Angels and Men were created equally in that way, freedom to do and say whatever they wanted and to do as they pleased. Freedom to chose or not to chose what the Father had taught them as the right way as well as to deviate from it and draw their own conclusions as which way to go.
At the Celestial there are debates, discussions, agreements, disagreements, voting. What is most valued among the Angels is knowledge and creativity. But survival and their existence is definitely what prevails as when and Angel dies he doesn't come back just stops being.
There is a Council which is formed by the ones that have acquired more knowledge during their existence. The wise ones are the ones that make decisions, rules, laws for the common good. It's up to each and everyone of them to decide to follow those new rules, new laws, or not. But most of them do since it benefits them and make everything run smoothly.
There are also the Thinkers, who just do that, think of new ways to do things that will benefit humans and Angels. They have great influence in the Council.
The Guardians are like inspectors, they are in charge of delivering the new rules and laws to all of the Angels. They make sure they are being followed and obeyed and if they are not they find out why and bring these reasons to the
Thinkers.
The Angels' Army is formed by millions and millions of them. There are no ranks among them, there is only one Guide in charge of the whole army. When an Angel decides to go into the army they decide to follow the Guide's orders. The Members of the Council decide if a Guide is doing his job right or not, if not the Guide has to follow the Council orders and resign without asking questions.
There are also The Guards, different from The Guardians, they are in charge of watching who goes in and out of The Celestial. They were established after the last war as well as the prisons in The Celestial. Which is where Liknal's Angels were kept before they decided to expel them from The
Celestial.
There are plenty of divisions in The Celestial and different ways of thinking. If they did not agree with something they could leave and live anywhere outside The Celestial as well as if they decided to come back they were welcome to do so.
Aekhem had inherit the knowledge as of where all of the gates to The Celestial were. Going through one of these gates took you to a tunnel full of clouds surrounded by light just like their bodies were.
The Guardians just saw him fly by and of them followed him at a distance, curios about this strange Angel whom he didn't know, because all of the Angels knew each other's name and faces and this Angel was just not one of them.
Aekhem noticed he was being followed as he knew his father was not far behind.
There was a lot of activity. Angels flying fast from one place to another. Getting into discussions, laughing in some groups. Some not caring about anything, just watching and being watchful. Some in groups of two, three and more, talking.
