YORKAR

Lacjner thought about it and saw no reason or sense on hiding the truth about Abigael. He was about to answer Garktold's question when a young man came in without knocking on the door.

He looked at Garktold directly to his eyes. The urgency in his eyes made Garktold move fast to the room next door. Baslehck did the same. Something was happening. Lacjner went after them.

Everybody was looking at the monitors in awe and amazement. Everybody had stopped doing what they were doing.

Lacjner could not believe what he was seeing. There was Aekhem the Angel, fighting against some unusually tall man shooting at them and then saw how the woman, Abigael transformed into an Angel and fought back to repel the attack.

Everything happened too fast and everything was on the screens. It was not the news, it was a direct feed from the security cameras at the airport in Japan. Then he saw how Abigael got shot and started running on the opposite direction where more man were coming, furious and madness in her eyes. That look reminded him of Bechner. Then Aekhem started shooting towards them, explosions, fire and that was the end of the transmission.

The humans there went into the system, reached the recorders and erased all evidence of the video they had just watched after they recorded everything into their hard drives.

Garktold asked:

"Any evidence left?" the young man from before responded.

"No, it is taken care of" and went back to his computer.

Garktold nodded and then he and Baslehck turned to Lacjner.

Question marks in their eyes.

"Her name is Abigael, mine and Bechner's descendant, the female Angel from your prophecy" he responded slowly.

"We have to found out where they are heading to, they are in Japan, as you could see, but where are they going and what for?. Do you realize that if this reaches the news it's chaos!. Angels fighting against humans? Humans attacking Angels? We are not at our best among men and this happens? What is Aekhem doing? How can he put us in this position and like this?" Lacjner could feel the differences between Garktold and Aekhem were still evident.

A woman walked up to Garktold and said:

"The Descendants are heading towards Japan's northern coastline. They have acquired a submarine and tons of explosives. Helicopters and planes are arriving there from all over the world. A lot of movement. I think they have found ...

something ..."

"What is the seismic report for the area?" she knew he was going to ask this and responded right away.

"Slight movement below but constant and increasing"

Garktold turned to Baslehck, eyes wide open.

"The entrance!" said Baslehck.

Lacjner understood. Tusuer's prison was no longer Aekhem's secret, everybody knew it now.

"Lacjner" Garktold ordered "make sure Aekhem and Abigael are not near that place, go find them! They must not be there. Human kind existence it's up to those two. We must protect them, watch them!"

Lacjner responded:

"I don't have the slightest idea where they could be"

Garktold looked at him in the eyes:

"You know where they are and know where they are heading to, you know how Aekhem reacts. You know he thinks he is the only one that can save the world and looking how your relative there has more Bechner in her than you, that pair might think they can take over all the Descendants by themselves. And when we talk about the Descendants and Isabella DiBeducci a direct descendant of Tusuer, you have no idea what they are up against. They need to be protected. We

will deal with the Descendants ..."

"Garktold, it was Aekhem himself who asked me to come to you for help" Lacjner said.

Garktold went quiet. He had his differences with Aekhem and it was Aekhem asking for his help. And now he had to watch over him for the prophecy to become. Too much to think about right now. He nodded to Lacjner and said:

"For the love of the Father, find him and stop him, he must not participate"

Lacjner spread his wings, looked up and saw a hole in the cave where sunlight was coming through, big enough to fit through there and said:

"I will do my best, that's all I can offer, you know him and you knew Bechner"

The Angels were getting ready for yet another war that could end with only a few human lives of Tusuer's Descendants. And if Tusuer and his Angels were freed, the beginning of a war where Humans, Descendants of both sides, Guardians, Yorkars and Angels would be involved.

An old man from Torridor had seen a white light crossing the sky, but when he saw hundreds of them he just smiled. The rest of the town did not bother to look up.
