Second by second, my soul sunk deep into my body lying near the grave. But I lay there still unconscious. Instead, the first dream I had ever seen, repeated itself like a flashback in my mind. I still could not move. I could feel Tany and Ash trying to make me come back, but I couldn't assure them my presence. The flashback had all of my talking with my four friends from kindergarten. Just in a flop manner. Which meant I had taken the first move towards making it alright.
The next thing I remembered all of a sudden was my second dream. The dream that had the entry of a new person on Amyra's side. Who later joins our side. Amyra's cousin, Sandy. Which meant I could horrify her first thing when she meets me. The only thing I was unsure of was.....whether I will remember all of my current plans and thoughts when I gain consciousness.
~~~Ned's POV~~~
I gasped, as I watched her vanish into thin air. I felt sweat all over my face, as I tried to call Shyera to check on Avora. Shyera did not answer the call. It was getting me worried now.
I made an attempt to call Michelle, Nikon, and Merope, our common friends. Due to one or the reason, I wasn't able to contact them as well. I made one last try, by calling the person whose number was given to me by Avora, the last time we had talked.
I pressed the call button.
Tring Tring. Tring Tring.
Tring Tring. Tring Tring.
"Hello?"
"Um...This is Ashton's number, right?"
"Yeah. Who's this?"
"It's Ned."
"Oh-Ned!"
"Hey, Is Avora there? How can I explain.......Is she fine?"
"Honestly, no. She's lying here in the garden. The last name she took, was of Nikon. She had taken your name once, though."
That sentence was just enough to make me shiver.
"Take care of her, please."
"We will."
" One last question."
"Yeah?"
"Did she, by any chance, mention Michelle or Merope?"
"Yupp",he said, popping the 'p'.
"Please try to be calm and patient, Ashton. And take great care of Avora. One more thing. Sprinkle water on her face, if she doesn't get normal in the next five minutes. It may be serious."
All the slight traces of memories were flooding my mind as I hung up. I shoved them away. I changed, put on my coat, took the car keys and left out in the snow, for Michelle's place.
I waited outside, impatient now, having rung the bell nonstop for ten times. A fat and fussy servant opened the door toMichelle's house, making a face at the number of times she had heard the doorbell. I apologised, asked for Michelle's room, and then went up to her room.
~~~Amyra's POV~~~
I wiped away the tears that had escaped my eyes. Dad.....I hope you were alive. My life won't have been as bad. With Avora in it, it has been even worse through the years. She tried to turn Shyera against me. She never accepted me. Though she was at fault, she always presented it as if it's my fault. She is the worst person I've ever met in my life. She turned my life into what it is right now-a living hell.
It has been a few months since I took the help of black magic. I'm still getting accustomed to the liquid they give me for strength. It makes me feel dizzy.
Avora is right now in the dark woods. I fight back a desire to laugh evilly at the thought. How she is unaware of the fact that she will never come out of it! Until I want to, of course.
I kept Shyera and Irwin out of it. They were innocent. They never did anything wrong. At least against me. Except believe Avora, which wasn't their fault, really.
Tanyra is innocent, too. But I wanted Avora to see someone very close die in front of her own eyes. She deserves to be that scarred.
Ash deserves what I am doing with him. Hell! He was my best friend in school! And yet he sided with Avora saying that she's innocent. He knows about most of the things she has done to me. Even about my dad. But it's still not right of him to choose the bad side. He deserves it. Of course.
I got up from the couch, when heard my bedroom door open.
"Ah! Here you come!"
"Yeah, Amy. You know I can't....."
" Kelvin. Stop that cheesy stuff. We have serious matters to talk about."
I didn't look at him while saying this, but I knew his face must have fallen.
"Hey...listen. Sorry for talking to you like that, Kelvie! Really sorry!"
"Hey! It doesn't matter! Don't apologize, Amy. I'm completely fine. Lets get back to work."
