Everything has a taste.
Even when people say that water is tasteless, you can still feels some sort of taste in it.
Oikawa loved everything sour, from lemons to candy. He said that it gave him some sort of weird sensation.
Iwaizumi loved everything sweet. Maybe because Oikawa was so sweet, or maybe because his view of the world changed when he realized his love for the taller boy.
That's why candy was one of the things that both Iwaizumi and Oikawa enjoyed. Both sour and sweet, just like them.
Oikawa knew Iwaizumi's love for Milk Chocolate.
He would always buy him chocolate bars when he was feeling down, he would always go shopping with him to stop him from buying too many chocolate bars.
Oikawa also felt a weird and different vibe that Iwaizumi started to give off just recently, not a bad one, being around Iwaizumi made Oikawa feel safe.
However..
Iwaizumi hated bitter things.
Especially that bitter taste in his mouth as he watched the love of his life kissing someone else.
