Chapter 13 : A New Fresh Beginning

Caitlin rubs her eyes and gets up. As soon as she gets up a joy bursts inside her. Last night Barry confessed his true feelings for her and so did she! She smiles by herself thinking how Barry is only her now! Last night they kissed more passionately later. Barry told her all his feelings he had for her, how he loves when Caitlin bites her lips. Caitlin also told him everything, excepy about the natural smell of his neck. That was funny! He would probably laugh! She gets up from the bed and looks out of the window. Everything is so wonderful today. This is how you are suppose to feel when you're in love! True love! She looks at the clock. It's 10. She can't be late. She has her officially first date with Barry. Barry left her in her house at 5 am. That's why it was a little late to wake up! Ohh! She can't wait to meet Barry Again! She checks her phone. Message from Barry : "Hey honey💜 good morning💕Can't wait to see your gorgeous face again. Don't be late! And remember I love you😘"
He's such a sweetheart, Caitlin thinks by herself and smiles. She brushes her teeth and makes coffee for herself. Caitlin walks around the whole house while drinking coffee. Time isn't just passing today. She can't sit. She's so excited. After drinking coffee, she gathers some paper works. But she can't concentrate. Last night's scene comes in her mind. It was the best moment of her life. After 2 hours she stops doing her work and gets a bath. She chooses a pair of jeans and a white tops to wear with boots. Outfit doesn't matter to her now. She's just super excited to meet Barry. She sprinkles a little bit of perfume and fix her hair. Then she takes a side bag, looks herself on the mirror and gets out of the house. The mall where they were about to meet was 15 minutes from her house. Caitlin parks her car in the parking lot. She was kind of nervous. Her hands were all sweaty. But she's sure everything will be all right once she meets him. Caitlin gets out of the car and walks inside. And here it was Barry! Searching for someone looking nervous. Caitlin calls him 'Barry! Here!' He looks around and finally spots her. Barry smiles and walks toward her.Barry goes toward Caitlin. He's so nervous plus excited. Their first date!
Barry : Hey!
Caitlin : *blushing* Hey!
Oh damn look at those cheeks, Barry thinks. How cute she looks blushing. Barry looks at her head to toe.
Barry : Your outfit...
Caitlin : what? You didn't like it? Oh my god! Please give me a minute I'll just Change and come back! *tries to run out quickly*
Barry : Wait! *holds her hand and stops her* wait! It's not like that I didn't like your outfit. I was just trying to say I loved it. Look our fashion sense quite matches.
Caitlin looks at him. He was wearing a Superman T-shirt and a casual jacket over it with jeans and a pair of black converse. Caitlin kinda feels awkward for acting so stupid. Her cheeks turns red.
Barry laughs : Oh! Look at your cheeks! You look so cute blushing! And don't feel awkward ok? It was so cute of you when you did that. I love you!
He keeps his hand around caitlin and walks with her. Caitlin was so happy inside. Like how cute he is. He just even made her feel special. And the way he keeps telling her I love you, everything is wonderful. She cuddles herself inside his arm and holds his hand tightly.
Both of them walks around the mall talking with each other. Caitlin was right, she wasn't nervous anymore. Barry just made everything so comfortable and special for her. He kept hugging her from the back every time. And when they had ice cream together, he took selfies giving funny poses. Barry bought Caitlin a teddy bear, some chocolates and a bunch of red roses. Caitlin gifted him a superman chibi doll also. It was such a fun day. Both of them were enjoying every moment. So like it was about 8 and both of them were quite hungry.
Barry : Cait I'm so hungry! Let's eat somewhere.
Caitlin : Yeah!
Barry : I know a new restaurant over the south road. It'll be cool.
Caitlin : I was thinking Big Belly Burgers or Pizza Express would do. We don't need to be that formal and it'll even cost more.
Barry : Oh really? But actually I thought a romantic candle light meal with you...you know will be cute! Just us! It's your choice still. Don't think about the money please.
Caitlin : Ok if you wish so! *smiles* I also think it'll be quite...romantic!
Barry : Oh you're so cute! *wraps his hands around her and kisses her head* Caitlin : *whispers* I love you so much Barry!
Barry : *closes his eyes, places his nose on her head and whispers* I love you so much too Caitlin.
