Familiar Faces

Vincent POV
"Hey babe." I say with a big smile on my face
"Hi." She returns the smile and kisses my lips
I came to her house before I went to my new apartment to say hi.
"So... How do you like LA so far?" She asks
"It's pretty awesome because I'm with you. That was really cheesy. Forget I ever said that." I respond she smiles and gives me a little kiss on my cheek. I see Vanessa walking by looking down at her phone. She runs into me.
"Hey stranger." I say
"Oh Vince! Sorry I ran into you." She says to me.
"So are you talking to Aaron again?" Veronica ask her. I was confused. What happened?
"Yeah we are but its still feels really awkward. " Vanessa responds "Oh! I have to go. See you guys later!" She says
"What happened with Aaron?" I ask Veronica
"They broke up about two months ago" she tells me
"Why?" I ask with a puzzled face
"She never really explained why. Well his mom passed away and I think all his stress built up.
                              FlashBack
No Ones POV
"Hey honey." Vanessa says as she brushes her hair. Aaron looks down to the ground with his hands in his pockets.
"What's wrong?" She asks him
"You don't understand." Aaron says
"What?" Vanessa asks
"You can't understand the pain I've felt through the this all." Aaron says as he starts to yell
"I know and I'm sorry babe but don't put all your anger against me ok? I'm not here to bring you down. I love-" Aaron interrupts her
"Well maybe I don't love you. Everything has changed. My feelings have changed. And I know it's harsh but I really wanted a mutual break up. But maybe that can't happen. I'm sorry." Aaron says walking out the door.
"Wait this is our break up. This is what you give me after all the years I have supported you? That's all I get. Huh. I really thought you were different from everyone else. But no your just an asshole who doesn't even care about anybody else. Fine leave." Vanessa yells at Aaron with tears in her eyes.
End Of Flashback
Vincent POV
"One day Arron comes running down the stares and slammed the front door. Then, Nessa came down stairs with tears in her eyes and ran to hug me." Roni says
"Probably a harsh break up then." I say
"Let's stop talking about them. Want to go to a movie?" She asks
"Sure." I wrap my arm around her and we walk out the door."
Vanessa POV
I keep looking down at my phone. Aaron posted a photo with some girl. She looked perfect. Her eyes were blue and her brown hair was wavy. Her face was staring into my soul. I know if I keep looking at this photo it will break my heart even more but I can't resist it. We dated for 4 years and now I hope that one day I will regret those years. But how could I he made everyday the best day of my life. I wish it just could be erased from my mind.
