Chapter 16

Vincent POV
We hop into the car. I used my laptop to search up all the information and clues about El Diablo.
"So, last time he was caught here, he was at a warehouse right off of 44th stream near Troost Avenue." I said
"Really sketchy area" Roni said as she concentrated on the road
"Well, El Diablo's smart. He knows we are here so he won't go back there" I began to grow more and more frustrated.
"Well maybe he's being annoyingly clever" roni said
"What do you mean?" I ask with curiosity
She drove to the side of the rode to show me.
"Look. He probably started doing crime stuff in 2012 because that was after the clinical trial incident happened right?" She asks
"Yeah but we already knew that." I say
"Just hold on. He is a drug dealer, a thief, and probably a murderer right?"
"Yeah" I say with confusion
"What are the most insane things he's ever done?" Asks me
"Well he blew up a church, he set a grocery store on fire after stealing all there fireball, and when we caught him last time, he was in a warehouse with 200 pounds of cocaine and before we got him, he was going to blow up the place to dissolve his tracks." I say

"Can't you see the pattern?" She says
"That he always uses fire somehow? Babe how is that going to help us?" I ask
"Well, fire is usually connected with the devil. Maybe he has located himself that has something to do with the devil!" She yells out
"Well sure but what street or place is connected with the devil?" I ask as I start to lose hope.
She tapped a bunch of buttons on the screen
"Ah-ha! 666th avenue! That's probably where he is!" She says
"That can't be a real place." I say in disbelief
"Well let's see. 3 years ago a church was burned down on 666th avenue. What stands there now is a cross and the burnt remains!" She tells me
"That could be it." I say in shock
"So let's go!" She starts to drive.
"Hey wait!" I say "we've had a long day you should rest, I can drive" I say
"Fine" we switch seats
"How far away is this place?" I ask
"Like 4 hours away" she says as she starts to recline her seat. I sigh as I realize that this is going to be a long night.
