Vincent POV
So it's been a month since I started working at this new precinct. It's been fun but I haven't been on any exciting cases. Well let's see what happens today.
At Precinct
10:00 am
Another day of paper work and boring crap. I just need an interesting case. All I've gotten have been are little teenagers knocking each other out and then running away. It's surprising me that I did more work back in Missouri than here. Jeez
12:00 pm
"Listen up! We have some new recruits from KC, so Vincent listen up." Chief said. Well ok. I look back down to my paperwork. I know it's bad that I'm not listening but I don't really care. "Ok... so we have ... Alec Van wormer and Aaron Van Wormer." My head jumped up. Oh no. Um... this is ok. It'll be super weird but this will be ok. I look at my computer to do more work. Until the chief walked up to my desk. "So Vince. This is your new partner. If you weren't listening this is-" I cut him off. "Aaron Van Wormer." I say. " you two know each other?" Chief asks "Yup" I say looking down at the ground. I proceed to shake his hand to avoid the awkward silence. Honestly, this will probably be the most eventful part of my day. I was wrong
