The Beginning of The End

The Party

At the Airport 12:00 PM
Vincent POV
As all three of us walk out of that airport, I feel someone jump on my back. I immediately knew it was Stella and I start laugh, but then I saw  Nessa's subtle face of disgust and I stop.
    "So, you guys want to come to this party tonight? Stella asks
"We can't we're busy." Nessa's says loud and clear.
"Nessa, don't be rude. Well, We have a meeting but that's in the afternoon, so we can come!" Veronica says happily. Vanessa looks at her with a shocked face, which she doesn't seem to notice.
"Well ok! See you guys tonight." She runs behind us as we get into our car

We reach the hotel and Roni checks us in at the front desk. Vanessa and I walk and sit down on the couch. I'm surprised she doesn't say anything to me while we sit together. Roni comes running back with our keys.
"So, we have the rooms!" Roni says
"How about, you guys share a room and I have my own?" I say
"No. i wouldn't want you to have a room all by yourself without Veronica's I'll be alone." Nessa says. I could tell that she was trying to say this in a joking tone, but I knew she thought if I was alone I would do something crazy. Why is she thinking that I would ever do anything to hurt Veronica?

We all get settled in our rooms and Veronica and I flop onto the bed.
"When's the party?" She asks with weary eyes
"At 6:00, soooooo, we have like two hours to sleep." I kiss her nose and set my phone on the desk beside me. I was about to fall into a deep sleep when Veronica starts talking
"So, where was Aaron?" She asks
"He was here a few days before us. I'm guessing he didn't want to be stuck on a plane with all three of us" I say turning back to her face.
"Point taken." She says."Well ok. Goodnight. She kisses my cheek and turns. My eyes drop immediately.

Vanessa POV 4:45 PM
I wake up from my short nap. I look out the window and see the Plaza. I didn't realize until now. I missed this place so much. The people, the music, the culture. Everything here is perfect for me. I decide to walk down and walk around the Plaza. As I walk around enjoying the atmosphere, I see Aaron. I immediately felt slightly panicked and I hid. He was sitting at a table with his phone. Then suddenly, I girl walks in. My eyes widen as I put the puzzle pieces together. He stands up and they kiss. He gave her the look. The look he used to give me. The look of love

Vincent POV 5:55 PM
  "Where is this place?" Vanessa asks
  "Were close!" I laugh as I say that
We pull up to the house and look at it with awe. It was huge.
"That place is three times the Sosa of our house" Veronica says
"I bet you could fit a zoo in that thing" I say
We walk in to see that the house looks even bigger in the inside.
"Hey you guys made it!" Stella approaches is with a drink in her hand.
"Whose house is this?" Roni asks
"Oh it's my brother! But he's out of town and said I can throw a party!" She responds
We all walk in different directions to explore the house.
Vincent POV 7:30 PM
I keep exploring when I find Stella crying in an open room I haven't explored yet. I walk up to her nervous on what she will say
"Hey what's wrong?" I sit next to her and rub her back
"My boy friend broke up with me" she cried onto my shoulder.
"That guy on the airplane? He doesn't deserve you he's an asshole!" I say tying my best to comfort her. She lets out a little chuckle as she lifted her head and gazed into my eyes. She smiles and I smile back. Before I knew it, she was on top of me with her lips on mine Vanessa POV 7:45 PM
I walk around trying to find Veronica, when I see Aaron. What is he doing here? I stood there in shock. I didn't even realize that he was walking towards me. I was stunned. I couldn't move.
"Hey we need to talk." He says. I nod my head as he brings me somewhere private.
"So, I'll be straight. I have a girlfriend." Before he continues, I need to tell him what I knew.
"I know I saw you guys on the Plaza." I say
"Oh ok. Her name is Sienna. I still want to be friends. I don't ever want you not to be in my life." He says.
"Of course." we hug and I walk away with tears already in my eyes. I walk around the corner and find an open room, but it wasn't empty. Vincent and Stella were talking as I see her attack him with her body. I hid in the corner to see what he will do.
"Stella no." He gently shoves her back
"Come on, be adventurous!" She cups his face in her hands and pulls it towards her.
"No" he says again as he pulls away
"You used to like me when we were at the same precinct. Why not try something with me now?" She says
"Sure I used to like you, but I have amazing girlfriend who love with all my heart. I can't do this to her, I don't want to do that to her. I'm sorry." He walks towards me as I pop my head back.
Vincent POV
I walk from the awkward place and walk around the corner. Vanessa was standing there with tears running down her face.
"You saw all of that, didn't you?"" I say. She nods yes and walks towards me to give me a hug. I hugged her back.
"Thank you for showing me that you love my sister more than anything." She pauses "Aaron has a new girlfriend." Her tears drip onto my shoulder as I hug her tighter not saying anything.
